My mam took me here for my birthday yesterday. It was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The prices were all reasonable and the staff were superb. All of the dogs were so stinkin' CUTE! They were well behaved and so friendly, and each had their own personality. The rules were fair and clearly explained, and it was great fun to be able to sit and have coffee and get down to their level to play with and pet them. The soft music playing in the background was a great touch, it wasn't too loud, it created a friendly atmosphere but it wasn't overbearing.

We were provided with treats to give to them at the end and I was even given a birthday cake for my birthday which was a lovely touch. The store at the end was great too with the usual bits like keyrings, badges and other stuff featuring the dogs. It was clean and didn't smell like dogs at all. The clean venue, soft music, friendly staff, super cute dogs and yummy food all came together to make a quaint atmosphere and overall sublime experience. Could not have asked for a better way to spend my birthday, defo...

I thought this cafe was ideal for dog lovers 🐶the only thing i wasnt keen on was the amount of staff that was in the room with the dogs i thought there was not enough room for all of the staff so i think there should be one in the kitchen and one in the room . I also thought the selection of dogs could have been better for example there was a miniture yourkie that was very scared and shackey and wouldnt let anyone touch it and was scared of everything also there was a corgi wich i thought was too loud and boisterous for the small dogs and didnt want to have a cuddle or anything but the pug and poodles are perfect for the buisness. I also thought the room was too small for the buisness and should be more family orientated also there should be more dogs because one family came in and had a dog each and there wasnt many dogs left for cuddles but all in all the cafe was very clean and well presented and made very nice hot chocolates and iced coffie and had an...

Can't even give this a star.. honestly one of the worst places I have ever visited! (But had to give a star to post review) Total waste of £5. With the entry fee you get a drink. However they have no soya milk/don't cater for allergies. The coffee I ordered was lacking the 'caramel' within it, that I had asked for. It was watered down, and quite frankly was the worst coffee I have ever had, couldn't even drink it. The dogs they had were clearly tired and disinterested.. they were fighting umongst themselves. The staff, whom were serving food/drinks were sitting on the floor and interacting with the dogs and not washing their hands before then serving food. They also seemed to lack basic 'serving' skills, as the girl who brought my coffee over managed to spill most of it on the saucer.. you would get a better experience from buying a drink from a coffee house and sitting in a park with dogs. Would not...

Lovely dog cafe, and plenty of different, super-cute dog breeds to suit everyone's taste. Sugar the mini pomeranian and the short-haired dachshund were our favourite. They were all very friendly, super excitable and playful as we booked at 11am, which we were informed that's when they're most excited. The staff were very polite and accommodating too. It was a shame there weren't enough puffies or low seats for everyone to sit and stroke the dogs. We were also given treats to feed the dogs, which was nice and helped interact with them. Had a cappuccino, lemon muffin and lemon ice tea, they were nice. It's well worth a visit, but bare in mind if you plan to visit, you'll have to be able to sit down in order to interact with the dogs 100%, as it's not guaranteed they'll want to sit on your lap. Also, I would recommend the staff don't interact with the dogs too much, as the dogs then don't bother interacting with customers.
