We attended twenty twenty for a bottomless brunch for a special birthday for my sister. We booked in advance as there were 8 of us and we emailed prior to inform the staff of a dairy allergy. Emma took our food and drink order and stated we were entitled to 3 large pizzas and 2 extra slices due to our party size. We informed Emma of a dairy allergy and asked if the 2 extra slices could be vegan for my friend with the dairy allergy. She then stated she could not do the 2 extra slices as vegan and we could have half and half on the pizza but she could not promise the vegan half would not be contaminated with dairy. She was not very accomadating and made a big fuss. The manager then came to our table who stated he could provide my friend with a small individual vegan pizza. The vegan pizza that was provided was tiny and it came out 'gluten free'. The staff even got the allergy wrong bearing in mind we contacted them prior to our brunch to inform them of a dairy allergy. The waitress was not taking the allergy seriously and caused unnecessary stress. I believe the staff need to be educated on different allergies and not make the customers feel uncomfortable when informing them of an allergy. great place for birthday brunch! we came here as a group of 12 for 2 of our friends 21st. it is a £10 deposit when booking (this could just be because we were a big group) and then the remainder is paid after the brunch finishes, which only cost us with service charge £33, so £43 all together per person - which i say is well worth it. we got around 8 cocktails EACH and they were high quality and were full of flavour and you could taste the alcohol! the cocktail menu was full of fun choices with cool names and had plenty of variety, as well as a decent mocktail menu. for the food we were taken aback by how large the pizzas were. we got 3 massive pizzas, 2 different flavours and one half and half - they tasted excellent and heavy on quality. the slices were huge and we got 2 each, so we were stuffed. there’s music which isn’t too loud and not too quiet so it’s a chill ambiance, and the decorative aspect of the place really hit the nail on the head of making it an enjoyable birthday experience. we were also able to have free shots for the birthday occasion which i thought was such generous gesture - we were served by such a lovely girl who deserves all the recognition she can get. will deffo be back again...

We booked Twenty Twenty for our friends birthday yesterday and I can’t recommend the place enough!! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door who escorted us to our table upstairs, he was really canny and chatty with our group so that set the mood off to a good start immediately. Our server Amy was also an absolute super star. We were a party of 4 girls and well and truly made use of the 2 for 1 cocktails (sorry Amy for ordering so much at once!) Amy was so polite and lovely all evening, explaining the menu to us all and taking time to speak with the kitchen regarding my allergies. The service was prompt and even though it was busy all the food and drinks arrived quickly. The pizzas are absolutely massive here (see pics included) and they were so good. The Vampire chicken killer completely surprised me and I genuinely think it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. I also wanted to mention the decor as it was such a good vibe, disco balls and pop art prints everywhere. I don’t usually mention decor but it really set the tone for the evening as well and it was so nice after working all day to sit and eat somewhere cool, chill and inviting.
