Listen to these negative reviews. I just got blocked from the app and website because I said I was complaining to Head Office about the awful service I had received. I was neither abusive, nor was I aggressive, so I can only imagine this was to prevent me from complaining. Nice try, but here is the complaint and the evidence attached.
I received a call from my driver that my food was here, I said 2 minutes and when I went outside, the driver drove straight past me in a white car. I quickly called back and she said I had been "too long". The screenshots prove I was exactly 2 minutes, before calling back and asking me why she drove away. I was and still am very annoyed because she drove right past me, as I waved at her. Apparently, she had been waiting there for 10 minutes and it was my fault. Can someone explain to me how any customer is supposed to know a delivery driver is outside and waiting for them, without a knock or a phone call? I also clearly requested a call in the delivery notes box. I assume delivery staff assume customers are omniscient.
To make matters worse, I explained this on the phone to the store and was very upset about this, because it makes no sense and I was being blamed for something that was not my fault. The staff also started to imply it was my fault and I kept explaining that it wasn't repeatedly (I was transferred to 3 different people). I told them I would complain to head office, because I do not appreciate being blamed for something that wasn't my fault and on top of that being spoken to so rudely by the driver, being treated like a liar and being stuck on a street corner in the freezing weather... Avoid this store.
As promised, I have escalated this complaint to Head Office, I also record all phone call conversations for when instances like these happen. So in addition to the evidence I've attached, this is not a scenario where it is your word against mine.
To treat a customer poorly is one thing, but to block them from your website and app to prevent them from complaining is next level shameful...

Ordered a pizza today and it might have been the greasiest pizza I have ever seen, ate one slice before almost throwing up, still have an awful taste in the back of my throat and just taste an absurd about of grease in my throat.
Called to ask for a refund and the service was confusing, had no idea what the person was saying, didn't understand what I was saying either. Was put on hold and took about 5 minutes to get my point across that I just wanted a refund and not a new pizza.
They organised someone to pick up the pizza I had (for quality check I imagine) which did happen and was fine. Haven't been refunded yet though so hopefully I get the money back soon.

Read moreSo, I ordered 2 pizza’s late a couple of days ago they arrived on time no problem with the driver he was chatty and happy! When we opened the boxes they were the wrong pizza’s. We tried them as it was late also I understand these things happen. Unfortunately we didn’t like them not going to say what they were as that might put people off. I called the shop to see if we could sort something out however the connection kept going off….
I called into the shop last night to advise what had happened and honestly I couldn’t have asked for any better service. All theee people I spoke to were polite, kind and very understanding and apologetic. The manager and I came to an understanding were we were both happy!
