Second day opening Shop was Quiet and was served ASAP, and you can tell it's the second day of the shop opening, and that the equipment, oil were all new because the product was fresh and juicy... Chicken Fillet tasted the way it should be and was the best I ever had... but lets see how long this lasts! will update my review for next 6 months as this will be my lunch break go too... 1 stars now 18/04/2018

The disgusting price hike on a Mini Fillet costing £1.49 now... This used to be 99p KFC??? outrageous!!!

Update 14/02/2018 another 2 stats lost as expected going downhill today ordered 2 Chicken Fillet burgers left the shop opened up and oh my no lettuce on my burgers entered the shop asked where is my lettuce and staff then said sorry we ran out. Love the laziness of the manager and staff not to tell customer before ordering, and change full price on product that wasn't 100% and the Chicken wasn't fresh but actually grey and rubbery.

What annoys me is the Grainger Market or tesco are 1 minute away where you can buy lettuce but this just shows you how lazy, or thick they are.

Update 16/04/2018... 14:00 waiting to be served, waited 4 mins and left. only 1 Lad on till who was painfully slow more interested looking at a screen. only 2 people's order waiting on...

I couldnt chose more than 1 box, but would complain about helpfulness as we're not at all, Speed a joke 30mins, cleanliness - it was horrible mess. Atmosphere was not good. Staff loud & customers all complaining. Went to KFC on Newgate Street on a Monday night after cinema, was only 2 people when came in 1 order the two window seats & floor were a mess everywhere. Nothing replaced or replenished. None of the staff came out front to acknowledge. Just laughing messing around behind scene. Loud rowdy eventually there was 10 people & orders waiting on screen & I guy from just eat waiting for ages he was touching screen as it was constantly beeping & no one paying any attention. Eventually a lady came out to front of house, to speak to delivery driver. We placed a very simple order of Hot wings deal, that should have been 5 minutes in every other store. We placed the order at 21:08 on machine & eventually got our order @21:37 30mins is a complete joke. No customer service at all, place was complete mess as seen on pictures of tables they had lots of time to clean up which didn't. Terrible service & place if can help will not be going as...

In my opinion, selling point of KFC is their hot wings, the spices they add on this certain piece of chicken seriously enhances the flavor in my personal opinion and I would most certainly recommend this piece to any people who want more spice in their chicken. Additionally their Kansas BBQ dipped bites are extremely nice which I would recommend to any people who like chicken and who like barbeque sauce. Their small popcorn chicken is a perfect meal to offer any children as they are bitesize and have no bones or too complex tastes which will potentially discourage them from eating the chicken. One negative issue I have with KFC is their high sodium and fat content which will make people progressively unhealthier and have potential risk of their physical health such as the high sodium potentially giving strokes, heart diseases or overall high blood pressure while the high calorie and fat counts will make people potentially dangerously overweight if they mainly eat too much chicken which the taste and the convenience of it will have a possibility. Overall I recommend KFC yes but I do recommend that you be careful with what you eat and do not rely on...
