I visited during lunchtime and was really impressed. The setup is incredibly unique, with large shipping containers stacked together to create a vibrant space full of diverse food options. The variety of cuisines on offer is fantastic, and the overall vibe of the place is unlike anything else. What really surprised me on my first visit was how busy it was, even on a weekday. The live music added a great atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the different vendors. The food I had was really good with not a lot of choice from the particular vendor, but with how busy it must get, I can't imagine they could provide many more options. Highly recommend giving this place a visit!

Prices are a bit of a rip off but it's to be expected given that we're slowly catching up with London in terms of the cost of living whilst being payed 20% less, £6 for a pint of Lager is the cheapest here but this will continue to rise as long as people keep paying it. They had two people serving behind the bars which can't sustain 2-3k people waiting to get served, hopefully that will improve especially on PL match days. All in all decent place but was like a crèche when I visited kids running around like it was a soft play, irresponsible adults probably didn't have a clue where the kids were sitting around smoking, why is this still allowed in semi closed air spaces? Probably visit again to reevaluate once the kids go back to school.

We spent New Year in Newcastle and had been dying to go to The Stack. It definitely didn't let us down. I was absolutely blown away by the whole place. We even visited twice 😆. We had Greek food from Acropolis the first time, absolutely fantastic. Then had Korean food from Soju & Gogi. Again it was amazing. The whole atmosphere of the place was just incredible. Plenty of seating areas and heaters to keep you warm. Live bands every night and they have the whole place buzzing. Bars were all amazing, plenty of staff and very organised. Even down to the toilets , they were immaculate. An absolutely incredible experience and already can't wait to return.

If I could give this place no stars I would Yesterday, Me and my friends were not allowed in because we didn’t have our “IDs”, however the security guards didn’t even check other people that were entering ( who even visbily looked younger ) and also didn’t even want to see our digital IDs or listen to our explanations

I believe this was absolutely ridiculous and we were prejudiced based on our race. I have never encountered this before and I am disappointed

P. S We are all over 21 and there were 8 of us Nigerians.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER They didn’t mention if we needed someone over 25 and even at that case we did in fact have 5 persons that were of age and one that even showed his security license (which proves his age) but they ignored him Also like I mentioned earlier this “rule” wasn’t even applied to others that were entering as they even didn’t get checked Which is even...
