Coffee#1 Friar's Walk — Restaurant in Newport

Went in today for a coffee, which is advertised as £4.55 got charged £4.90 and gave £10 and only got 0.10 pence change only went to one place today anf had approximately £235 in my wallet when I left this early this morning, I was very tired and needed a coffee, the coffee was delicious the staff are usually pretty decent, the atmosphere as gone somewhat down hill there due to certain groups that involve themselves there, when I got home all I had was 0.10 pence change in my pocket and £225 in my wallet and I remember not being giving any notes as when I have notes in change they always go instantly in my wallet, so with all respect I would like my £5.00 change please as £9.90 for a coffee I can't afford to pay and being given the wrong change is not appropriate.

A male chstomer was clearing tables and was behind the counter dealing with said dishes and was coming up to people very closely at their tables which would've made me uncomfortable anyways but especially as he was not social distancing or cleaning his hands, the staff not observing or encouraging social distancing, asked for skimmed milk was given whole and one of the three female staff working looked like she was busy but was doing very little of anything when there were lots of dirty tables and she was allowing the customer to clear them (and didn't even stop him coming behind the counter!) First thing first, I absolutely loved the atmosphere as soon as I entered and decided it as my go to place. Soon I decided otherwise. The behaviour I didn't like(everyone has their good and bad days so I dont care about this much), but I got the wrong order and raised the issue just to end up with no effort to make it right. For a lot of people wrong coffee might not matter but as a former barista myself I could easily differentiate between a latte and a machiatto and it did bother me NGL.
