The best pizza i have ever personally had although i dont think they quite hit the spot with all the recipes, so maybe i was lucky. I had the chicken(clucker) pizza which was fantastic, you could tell fresh and decent quality ingredients with nothing unexpected in there. My son wasn't so lucky as he ordered a ham and pizza and they kind of ruined that experience a little by adding some kind of mustard to it that he wasn't expecting and i think probably spoiled what would have otherwise been another hit. So they should probably ask people when ordering certain pizzas if the unorthodox ingredient is wanted to avoid disappointment. The location is obviously great and whilst i wasnt a fan of the outside seating as a little cramped and in need of some freshening up, it clearly had a great view though. Inside was ok, nothing special but absolutely fine, the service was good and efficient and provided they can get a grip on the the finer details when ordering the pizzas and be weary of what might not be appreciated this is worth a visit for the...
Read moreAnother absolutely magical evening at The Secret Garden in Newquay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly by Charlie—nothing was too much trouble and we instantly felt at home. We were lucky enough to get a table outside, with a stunning view overlooking Tolcarne Beach and one of Newquay’s beautiful headlands.
The food? Outstanding. We had the best-tasting pizzas we’ve had in a long while—crisp, flavourful, and clearly made with fresh, quality ingredients. The puddings were just as impressive—truly indulgent and the perfect sweet finish. The simple menu is a real plus, letting the freshness of the ingredients shine.
As the sun set, we sipped our drinks and soaked in the peaceful atmosphere—it really was the perfect way to end the day. Wayne was a fantastic host, and we loved chatting with him about Cornwall and other travels.
Five gold stars without hesitation—highly, highly recommend!

Read moreAmazing food. Amazing drinks. Amazing staff. Unfortunately, we sat very close to some very drunk people. This made it a bit of a rubbish atmosphere. We had no choice but to listen to their nonsense. Shame. They looked like they do that sort of thing on the regular. Shame really and sad. I'm sure they would be nice people but alcohol is the problem. A member of staff asked if they were okay. And if they would like to pay their bill. There was just more nonsense. If it was me I would get them to pay and then kick them out. So the other people eating and spending more can enjoy their evening. A bit of a backbone is needed. Establishments shouldn't need to accommodate drunk drebs of Society. It's a restaurant not a club in Blackpool..... 5 stars to the food! And serves. Beautiful view! Would go again. But would leave if the same drunk...
