So as a regular customer. I get the kids the £1 lunch when they are off school, also order takeaway regularly for the family. I will never be back to this store.
Every Monday deal with the same guy have my priority code out and never once does he type it in or look at it. Until today when I had no data when I tried to use it, asked coukd I connect to their wifi. He didn't have password. Fair enough. However, to say he needs to charge me full price if I can't show code when he has never acknowledged or typed in my code before is just an insult. Clearly trying to embarrass me in the shop over a £1 pizza.Just going out of his way to be obnoxious and a jobs worth. When I mentioned he had never put the code in before when I have had it out and ready he just rudely shrugged his shoulders at me.
Could completely understand if they genuinely couldn't put it through without code. Drove all the way to collect with 2 hungry kids to drive home empty handed. If the member of staff hadn't gone out of his way to be so awkward and patronising I would have had no bother paying full price.

Read moreOrdered a pizza to be delivered to my elderly Dad and paid in full £20 odd pounds. Delivery driver came and proceeded to ask him for money and when my Dad said he only had £14 in total on him, he took that and off he went. Called him to see if he had received pizza and he told me that he could only pay for some of it and he felt bad as he could not pay in full and the driver wasn’t happy. I called the shop and told them their driver had taken advantage of a pensioner. Person in phone very surprised and agreed this was bad. Told them they had 10 mins to get money back or calling police. He got the money back. Called shop again, put onto manager. Told him how dodgy it looked for a representative of theirs to take every penny they had off a pensioner when they know full well it was paid. First said driver only realised on way back to shop his mistake and then when I said that’s ridiculous as he knew full well it was paid in full, he then said he thought it was a tip. I waitied 2 plus hours for my delivery, multiple phones calls which I would reply they couldn’t be bothered as I most likely wasn’t the only customer paying excessive amounts for a meal. Went to bed and got a wrap on the door for someone to be there like delivery after waking the kids out of bed at 12:44 am that’s correct and mind you it closes at 12am and delivery placed at 9.45 for some dinner. Pizza was stone cold and wedges like bricks. Garlic dip was prob outdated with the steal cold bread, a pathetic escuse for a £20 pizza. Stay clear. Driver says only one driver. I would say so with shambleship of management. No wonder you are moving location prob to stop the mob still awaiting orders or wanting their money back.
