Greggs — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I am not into the whole product complaints thing but was so annoyed at Greggs Bangor, I arrived with my Wife Daughter and grandchild also our little chiwahwah at around 4:00pm we knew they were open to 5:00pm as we had our little dog I waited outside and decided we should eat outside of course, my wife daughter and grandchild went in ordered the food and were asked are you sitting in. My wife said we would be using the seating outside to which his reply was we are moving those seats now even though there was a lady enjoying some buns and a coffee, he was totally abrupt and quite off putting, my wife replied we won't take long this was 4:00pm and they don't close until 5:00pm. So we got our food and this girl came out with a face like a lurgan spade and proceeded to take everything down around us banners the heap totally ridiculous and not safe around our 2 year old granddaughter, I mean even a bystander came over and asked what time you guys closing to be told just abruptly 5:00 it says on the door. My friends and I will be making it a point to stay clear of this place, how can you employ staff who are totally rude to your income.specially...

I have been a few times in the last few weeks simply because they do a good deal for my son. He gets a ham bap for £1. The first time was fine a got a panini and shared a drink with my son however it was very expensive for all we got and was very underwhelming. I went back the following week, my son got his ham bap however there where no sandwiches or paninis available to choose from. I asked about this and was told they are made throughout the day. It was not possible to request one to be made and this was around half 11 in the morning. I ended up getting a sausage roll, again the food was nothing to write home about. I went back this week and there wasn't even a bap available for my son. I was again simply told they are made and set out throughout the day. I asked if I could have one made and was told no. Second time ordering at home first time pizzas were black was compensated by Ben but not the point when ordering and waiting for your dinner and having to gi through that process which shouldnt have happened in the first place, ordered second time months later share box of pizzas, again all black, couldn't eat them, again was compensated the 10 pound but at the end of the day after working a 12 hour shift went without dinner, was fuming, no excuses for burnt anything from a place that supposedly has a 4 star rating, no one cared weather i had dinner or not when i rang the shop another order wasnt even delivered, nothing was rectified they just blamed just eat, will never order again and i will also spread the word totally discussed that no one cared enough to make fresh pizzas and send them out as a sorry, 23 pound spent and had...
