Little Wing Pizzeria — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Usually love going here. Food was great as usual but this time service was extremely disappointing. We had to wait for a table which was expected, however two tables for four became available and yet we still had to stand and wait at the door as they "seat to fit party size" and when we stated that we were the only people waiting we were informed it would get busy. Once eventually seated we ordered pasta, and also wanted to share the slice selection as we hadn't eaten all day and had done this before. The waiter was incredibly rude at this point making us feel quite uncomfortable and judged, "are you sure you want that? It's a lot of pizza." He then left before we'd even finished ordering properly. He also had to push two tables together to give us room - therefore a 4 seat table was what we needed anyway. The meal was enjoyable despite the fact no one came near us when we needed more drinks and our multiple attempts to gain their attention went unnoticed therefore we had one small drink each for the whole meal. I would also like to point out there were about 6 tables free the whole time we were eating, and we also noticed other parties of 2 sitting at tables for 4. Tasty pizza but rushed out the door after working all day myself I called in at 840 with my partner for food knowing it was the 11th night asked if still open no problems at all from the young lady The boy that showed us to our table seemed put out that we wanted to sit in and tossed menus on the table once finally seated and ordered our appetisers arrived a small bowl of olives and chilli tasty but wasn't expecting to have them skidded across my table at me The pizza arrived and looked great but again disappointed to be asked BEFORE ID EVEN BEEN ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE will I be wanting tea or coffee afterwards as we want to turn the machine off seriously I have never been rushed like this in a restaurant we decided to ask for a dessert anyway only to see staff rolling their eyes all busting to get away to the bonfires as soon as the dessert was finished straight over ok all finished disgusted I didnt even finish my drink just left

The young lady was so pleasant her colleague needs re trained you don't rush customers out the door especially in current climate and not at 930 when the door says...

I personally am not a big fan of a pizza but took my friends' son for a wee bite (it tasted good though). Unfortunately one of the customers made such a horrible scene. I was truly sorry for the staff - especially Aimee. I've never witnessed such a disgusting treatment of a hard working restaurant staff. The girl was clearly working so hard to please everyone and the place was super busy at that time. The customer seemed to had been "forgotten" I guess, but instead of just reminding the staff about her order she started yelling at the staff member and all that in front of her own two little girls and husband (who rather seemed embarrassed). 5 stars to the staff for their hard work (literally running to serve all the customers, not to mention having to wear a mask all day in warm restaurant!), for patience and taking this ugly treatment with such a dignity.
