Disgusting environment for a hospital unit, very limited menu, overpriced items and unpolite staff members. If I come to buy something, I have to look and I need time. I don't need to be rushed, as long as it's within opening times. It's a hospital coffee house, not a 5 star Michelin restaurant! Keep the prices within the range, suitable for patients, staff members...
