KFC Nottingham - Long Row West — Restaurant in Nottingham

Ordered on Just eat for a late night munch (receipt attached), and everything about my order was wrong. I ordered a Zinger box meal and the first thing first,the drink as well as, the side of beans that's came with it was missing. The Zinger burger itself had no mayo or any sauce of a kind on it (Just the fillet,the bun and lettuce= wrongly made), and finally ,I was given the wrong piece of chicken as I requested a drumstick due to it being the only piece I eat/like from KFC ,and received a wing. It arrived in a normal thin takeaway bag not the delivery one ,and I even double checked with the driver (is this it) as it felt very light and empty. Very dissapointed and the only thing that was right about the order was the chips. Very unprofessional from the restaurant as they could of called or cancelled the order if they didn't have the items. They clearly don't care and think they could get away and not care ,when it comes to deliveries. Very...

B.shanon is very unprofessional and has a big nose. She is very rude. I just ask for extra tomato ketchup, she said its in the bag, I repeated, can I get some extra? Answer was flat no. I said OK, I am willing to pay if you want, and she said am not allowed, oh my god what a staff, finally ask if I can see the manager pls, and oh my god I met another one, basically this place needs to be ignored, I wonder the top management didn't noticed yet how ignorant, unprofessional environment is within the premises. But the lady on the floor, who took our details like phone no.and name she is absolutely gorgeous and courteous. She knows her job and how to delegate it. I am convinced if a manager is such no wonder staff approach will be like Shanon. My ever visit and last one to long row kfc. Mens urine all over the toilet seat and toilet floor ! Which was a delight (New style unisex toilets I think) sanitiser empty in toilet and soap barely had any in it. Most tables had rubbish on them and the music (if you can call it that) was so loud my ears were almost bleeding. There were none of those lovely lemony scented wipe sachet things which are the best things about KFC,in fact the sections where you normally find them and straws were bizarrely stuffed with receipts,not sure how you clean your hands with those ? The lady emptying the bin cupboard was crashing around and slamming the door so much on the cupboard that I'm guessing she got into a text argument on her break ? I hope she sorts it out before her next shift ! The food was lukewarm. But luckily I was so hungry I could probably have eaten...
