I recently attended a bottomless brunch at Manahatta Nottingham, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing on several fronts. Service Delays: Drinks consistently took over 20 minutes to arrive, making the "bottomless" experience feel far from unlimited. We were informed when settling the bill that there was a limit of 5 drinks per person, despite the advertised promise of unlimited drinks for two hours. This miscommunication was frustrating and misleading. Meal Delays: Our meals, ordered immediately, took 45 minutes to be served. Accessibility Failures: One member of our party uses crutches and was clearly struggling during the unexpected 15-20 minute wait after our scheduled booking time, yet no seating or assistance was offered. Another member has difficulty standing for extended periods due to health challenges, making this wait especially problematic. The seating provided was unsuitable, as all chairs were raised. One individual struggled to access the seat, and the alternative offered was up a flight of stairs, which was inaccessible. Prosecco Service: The "constant flow of prosecco" was limited to one glass per person. Poor Communication: At the end of the brunch, we were asked if we wanted another round of drinks, but they never arrived. Instead, a bill was placed on our table without explanation. This experience was stressful and frustrating, especially for the disabled members of our party. The lack of accessibility and poor service were inexcusable, and I sincerely hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar...
Read moreWe came for a pre-booked and pre-paid bottomless brunch for a hen do. It was a pretty busy Saturday evening so we weren't expecting swift service but what we got was absolutely abysmal. We waited nearly 45 minutes before we had our first round, and probably only had about 4 drinks each during the night, if that. The food service was appalling also, especially since we had already been given an incredibly limited menu weeks earlier which had then been further limited to only one dessert option a week before our booking (which was unsuitable for a few members of our party and we were not given any alternatives). Because everything took so long we were then late to another booking, as well as being accosted by a member of staff saying we hadn't paid. Suffice to say none of us will be back and we will be recommending our friends and family to choose elsewhere for their bottomless brunch needs (of which there are plenty available at other bars in the city, with better options and a much better price). AVOID!
Edit: I appreciate the response to the review, however I didn't send in an email so it's good to know another member of the party had an issue with...
Read moreTerrible Bottomless Brunch experience. Arrived at 3pm, for the more expensive BB (£42) and there was 1 bottle of Prosecco for 8 girls, with water glasses and no water jug. I do not drink Prosecco personally, so after 10 minutes the waitress arrived to take our order. After 25 minutes, I called over a different waitress and explained we hadn’t received our drinks, to which the waitress responded “it’s really busy because it’s Saturday” (which is not an acceptable excused it’s a bar - have the staff available, when else are people going to come for Bottomless Brunch). Our first round of drinks did not arrive until 3:50pm. That is NOT a bottomless brunch experience. Our food and drinks finally arrived at 4:10pm, the server offered us complimentary shots as an apology however my friend noticed that everyone was receiving this either the package. So I ultimately said, I am not paying for this experience. Very very dissatisfied. Go to All Bar One instead, continuous flow of drinks NEVER...
