Ordered there a lot of times. There is always something wrong with my order like: no sauce, wrong sauce, no toppings or barely can see any toppings at all.
As today (25.11.2022) we've ordered one more time (simply love pizza hut..), and chose extra toppings. Guess what? None of the toppings were on the delivered pizza plus we had different sauce than we wanted... called restaurant and explained my problem. Got offer to return first pizza and get another (I agreed to that), but few minutes later received another call apologising for their mistake and offering extra pizza on top of the first one (probably they've expected from me to say that pizza is eaten already, but did not work out) - no more returns.
I mean, they did their best to sort out the problem and keep customer satisfied. However, this is not the first time and I shouldn't have to call restaurant to straight back my order. Not a best practice and should be investigated as restaurant is the only side that is loosing something important here - customer who would not return back again. Same customer will still eat pizza but elsewhere, so is it worth it?
Guessing, not many people calling to complain... but why they trying to rip you off on few bits of tomato worth £1.60?! 🤔
Person on the phone and delivery driver were very polite but this practices must stop at some point.
We will look elsewhere next time. Too much hassle to.....

I went to order a large pizza with tuna and he said 14.00 and I told him that I never paid £14.00 for large pizza and then he said a large pizza is 16.00 and I said no way that’s true. Then he looked at his colleague said make it 9.99 and then I said ok no problem. When I paid he then charged 11.39, and I said “No, this is too much and we agreed on 9.99” he went to his colleague and then he told me he had nothing he could do. “Sorry I didn’t tell you the price at the start”. I went to the other man and asked for the other persons name and he replied with “I can’t give you my staffs name.” And so I told him “give me your name then” and he said he couldn’t do that. So obviously they weren’t confident with what they were doing otherwise they would just hand me over their name. I went home and called the number on the receipt and asked for the manager, which he straight away said that he was the manager himself. Which I doubt. I told him the scenario and I told him I’d put a bad review, to which he said in a very rude way “Do it then” and was not apologetic at all like a manager should be. Read moreOrdered Pizza for my daughters birthday party for delivery to Market street, Nottingham. I did this 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. Delivery driver phoned me 10 minutes before delivery (when I had already paid and had no other alternatives to source food in that time for 10 hungry children) to say he could not deliver to market street and asked me to walk up the road to stand on the street corner and collect, which I reluctantly did. I later picked this up with the Pizza hut customer services team via email and pointed out that if I were disabled, I might not have been able to walk up the road and make the collection and that they could have informed me sooner of this fact. Worse, the company still charged me for delivery and refused the £1.99 refund of the delivery charge when I requested it. The pizza was by all accounts very average and and over-priced.
