Ordered take away for around £55. The order was 35 minutes later than the latest estimated arrival with zero update. The food arrived slightly cold. With a burnt oil taste to almost every individual food we had ordered. As if they had not cleaned between each cook. The seaweed also tasted chemically. The chicken fried rice was not edible at all, as the taste was so strong from burnt oil. The crispy shredded beef had no sauce. I was fortunate enough to have bought some on the side to which didn't cover the awful taste unfortunately. The only thing ineffected by the fowl taste are the sweet and sour chicken balls which I admit are 10/10. I now cannot seem to shift this bad burnt chemical taste from my mouth and its been about half an hour. Just very unfortunate I've paid £55 for a cans of Rubicon, Coke and a bag of chicken balls. Will definitely not be ordering again from this place. My advice is...

I should’ve knew not to go today based on the phone call I made, simply asking if there was still food left as I was going around 9pm. As soon as the assistant manager (I presume) answered my question she slammed the phone without saying bye, or the usual customer service you would expect. I went to redeem my birthday box, and I was prompted bluntly for my ID by the ASSISTANT MANAGER, and to show my app before even going ahead to do the box. She then proceeded to do the food, barely filling the box; there was even more chicken on the spoon to put in the box and she put it back in the Wok…If you’re going to redeem a free box, my advice would be don’t tell them! Maybe don’t work the closing shift if you’re unhappy to serve people right up until the store closes. I’ve had wonderful service from Ali before so I haven’t lost...
Read morePaid £8.50 or so for a medium box of rice, sweet and sour chicken and BBQ chicken. Took a side of chicken balls and pepsi max. As a Asian I would stay away from this place. My mother would honestly slap this chef whoever made my rice and chicken. The rice is the driest thing possible. My SO had noodles and they were atrocious. Stay away from this place. I have never wrote a review for a place however being that I now have a stomach ache and £8.50 out, I felt the need to. You're far better for a quick eat to go to the maccies or somewhere else. This ain't it chief. If you're staying in get a Chinese take away from somewhere reputable. The sweet and sour chicken sauce isn't even home made, quick bite or not. There are many implementations of this restaurant that have done it right. Hopefully this can...
