Home from work hungry so decided to try this place and have it delivered. Now Don't get me wrong the food is quality , but over priced OR the portions way too small! . I wouldn't have ordered the beef if I had known it was just a mouthful. I thought I was ordering a meal portion. I'm not sure if someone got it wrong though, but it is only ONE PIECE for £8. ! A very small piece as well sitting on bone AND, that's all that's with it. It sits in the box by itself. No bun no salad no chips NOTHING !!! LUCKILY Thank God because I was hungry I had Also ordered the fries and the Mac and Cheese £7 or 8 more than what I wanted to spend altogether on a Tues eve But I was hungry. Well I was lef still hungry as that's only a side ! The Velvet cake was HUGE THOUGH. Enough for two. So I don't know a bout it being a student place, but for £27 I was still very hungry . my main wasnt enough by far. I would've preferred to pay and extra £4 and not be hungry afterwards. Ordered on delivery via UberEats. Tried a few times so think its safe to give a valid review based on 3 or so visits/orders.

First time I tried these guys was on delivery, and the food was cold and seemed smaller than anticipated (chicken tenders to be specific). Was pretty disappointed with this (as you know, reheating food loses the quality) so didn't go back again for a few months.

Tried more recently when collecting, and the quality difference is astounding. Food was fresh cooked, hot, and much more enjoyable.Tried again for delivery, and though the food wasn't as good as when I collected, it was still satisfying and still enjoyable.

My take from it: solid 9/10. Earns the 9 based on collection, but delivery could be a bit better, as cold food is...
