Really really bad food. Used to be 10/10 but recently gone down. Caspian Fast Food? More like Caspian Disaster. I walked in expecting a quick, tasty bite, and what I got was an experience I'd rather forget. The fries were soggy and lukewarm, tasting vaguely of old oil. The burger was a sad, flattened patty on a stale bun, slathered with a mystery sauce that I'm pretty sure was just mayonnaise gone wrong. And don't even get me started on the "drinks," which was basically flavored ice water. Save your money and your stomach; there are better options, even for fast food. It with sadness I'm forced to leave such negative feedback. Caspians known for its quality and quantity, not on this occasion. A chap named Shani I think served me. The portion was so tight, I wanted to return it back. I watched him remove and reduce the quantity of a kebab of an order his colleagues asked him to finiah off. At first i thought he was loading it up, but when i saw the before and after I was stunned at his behaviour. Normally a small is so full I share it with my partner. But this portion I received was so small and abnormal, I was left hungry after I had finished it. My photos clearly shows there was hardly anything there. Really...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs

Easily one of the worst kebab experiences I’ve ever had. The food was completely tasteless – no seasoning, no flavor, just a bland mess slapped together. I honestly don’t know how you mess up something as simple as a kebab, but they managed it.

To make things worse, they only accept cash – no card, no contactless, nothing. In 2025, that’s just ridiculous and makes the whole place feel shady. No warning about it until you’re standing there ready to pay, either.

If you’re looking for decent food and a smooth experience, go literally anywhere else. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Total waste of...
