The Joseph Else - JD Wetherspoon

Visit to Wetherspoons, Joseph Else Dear whom it may concern, Today, I visited your Wetherspoons with my friend. I was extremely pleased with the level of service given to us today. Wait times were exceptional and quality of food was Good. Staff are extremely friendly, for example, when we finished eating a kind gentlemen asked us if the food was of a good standard. Staff at the bar were also extremely friendly as well. Staff tonight were more than willing to go the extra mile to provide an excellent experience. I was disappointed to find a lot of food to be out of stock. On the other hand, this was a minor inconvenience. Below are categories I have used to rate your restaurant. Management: Good Service: Outstanding Quality of Food: Good Price: Outstanding Wait times: Very Short Value for Money: Yes Toilets: Usually clean Location: Outstanding Atmosphere: Quiet I am very happy with the level of service provided to me and my friend today; the service today was on par with a lot of posh restaurants so I for one would like to commend the extremely friendly staff at this wetherspoons. Improvements to be made/notes:

• Ensure that toilets are consistently clean
