If i could I would put 0. We have been customers for years from before they had the extension. I did phone them more than a month ago to reserve a table for my birthday they took my booking and I did precisely ask them if we could have a table on the old side of the restaurant near the window and on the phone he said to me no problem, then I phoned them again last wednesday to see if we could change to 2 tables one near each other they told me again no problem. Last night we went there no table was reserved for us they didn't have anything available on the old side of the restaurant I explain to the waitress everything but she just didn't care ,they put us near the exit where we felt so cold because every 5 seconds somebody was going away. We done our order and kindly I asked the waiter to bring us some extra bread with our main is said no problem. Our main arrived (sharing platters)no extra bread ,no plates where brought so the food was getting cold and we where trying to get the attention of a waitress to ask to bring us some plates and a spoon for the rice. We managed to get the plates and spoon and I asked her for a portion of lamb chops that at the end we never got ( good job at the end everybody was full with the main that we ordered but If i really wanted the lamb chops we would have never got them because the waitress did ask the chef for them. We ordered a coke and it took her 15 minutes to bring that coke . My nephew wanted another ribena so I asked a waitress for one she never brought us one, after 20 minutes of waiting we asked another waiter who did bring us one. All night is been a nightmare trying to ask the waitress/waiter for the plates,spoons, drinks they just didn't care. I do understand that they where busy but I work in catering myself and busy or not I always take care of my customers instead I felt like no care at all from the waitress/waiter for us paying customers. We been customers for years but from when they done the extension the place is gone really down ,the staff keeps changing often and they just don't care about the customers. This is not the first time we have problems in this restaurant because of the staff not taking care of the customers and if I have to go in a restaurant trying to get a decent service I prefer...

The food is extremely amaziinnnggggggg delicious. We have tried every single menu in the Tipoo. We go 4 or 5 times in a year we go Tipoo every year. If we don't dine in, we will order and collect it from the restaurant. We never face any problem or missing items. Our favourite menu is Izara Platter and Jumbo platter.
Not like certain restaurants, the food still tastes exactly the same even you eat at home. This is what we love about tipoo. We fall in love with the food. They serve the HIGH QUALITY FOOD. Every menu omg so delicious. The meat is so fresh you can tell by the colour of the meat the taste of the meat its freeesshhhhhhh.
Congratulations to the staff for their friendliness and to the chef for his superb cooking.
I wish you guys continue success in the future because you earned it. Also, thank you to all your staff for the cleanliness, We highly appreciate it with much respect.
The best thing is we don't have to go to Turkey, to eat delicious Turkish food. Tipoo makes us feel like we are in Turkey!
The portion is amazing, The price is affordable and I highly recommend Tipoo restaurant for 1 person, a couple or as a family.

Rang up 2 weeks ago to book a table for 12 people for a graduation meal, and rang again on the day of the meal to confirm the numbers, all seemed fine and they confirmed the correct time, date, numbers etc.
Arrived hours later to find that a booking was not available under our name and that we would need to sit separately, despite half of the restaurant being empty, all the waitresses were extremely rude and placing blame on us, despite us confirming a few hours prior. Asked to speak to the manager and he said that he could only put us on separate tables or we would have to wait 45 mins, completely unacceptable and no initiative was shown - they could have easily moved tables around to accommodate us, but chose not to. The staff definitely need training in customer service, walking away mid conversation and talking rudely in their own language infront of us, assuming we didn’t understand (we did) is unacceptable.
Very let down by Tipoo, as a family that visits 2-3 times a months we will not be returning, left in humiliation as family had travelled far for this celebration and we were refused to be seated at the time we had booked in advance!
Terrible- will not be returning! Other Turkish restaurants who offer more authentic food and better service are Bosporus (across the road) and...
