I ordered on just eat for collection, I ordered the festive burger (£7.50) and the chicken club burger (3.50). This was also buy one get one free which is why I ordered on just eat.

I put my collection time for 19:25 and I arrived to the restaurant and it was very busy. Not full of customers but online orders.

I waited around 7 minutes which was very good, because I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries.

Now the burgers, the festive burger is really good, the meat patty is fresh and juicy. You can tell it’s quality. (The only thing I dislike about it is, the turkey bacon rashers, I felt as though they were a bit tough and it doesn’t go well with the burger)

The chicken club burger. THIS BURGER FOR £3.50 oh my god. The chicken fillet is absolutely crunchy delicious tasty. ABSOLUTELY QUALITY FOR £3.50 it’s the best chicken burger I’ve ever had to be honest. It was that good. I was genuinely surprised about how amazing it is. Buy 2 of the burgers, the size is small but the WUALITY IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.

I will definitely come back and just buy 2 chicken club burgers because of the quality and the taste.

The only reason this review is a 4 star and not a 5 star, is because when I arrived at the restaurant there was only 1 person at the front and 5 in the kitchen, so I felt bad for the lady at the front trying to...

I am extremely disappointed. The store has been advertising a £5 meal deal. Online they state this ‘offer ends 28/09/25’. Obviously this suggests it will end when the store closes on the 28th. However, just to be sure, I called in store and asked if the offer was still on for the day. The person on the phone said ‘yes it is still on for today’.

So I went there. I got there and the guy who served me goes ‘the offer has ended’. I said but today is the last day.. and he said ‘it ends today, it’s finished’. I was confused because it was 10pm and the store closes at 3am… I then explained I just spoke to someone on the phone and she said the offer was still on today, but he kept saying ‘it ends today, but it’s finished’. This didn’t make sense to me so I asked to speak with the manager.

The manager told me the offer is finished now. So again, I explained I spoke to someone on the phone and she said it’s still on for today. He then responds by telling me it ended at 9pm. I said well I called at 9.30pm.. he then said yeah it was finished then. They were just making excuses.

Nowhere online did it say it ended at 9pm. It simply said ‘ends 28/09/25’ and I was there before the day had ended. This is false advertising and the store should have honoured what they had told me on the...

I’ve never experienced such outright rudeness and dismissiveness at a food chain before. My friend and I went in specifically for a deal that was clearly advertised as valid until the end of the day — but when we politely asked about it, the staff immediately shut us down. They claimed it was “over” even though it clearly wasn’t, and instead of taking a moment to listen or check, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to even acknowledge what we were saying.

There was no attempt at customer service, no courtesy, and certainly no respect. The attitude from the staff was downright disrespectful and unprofessional — it honestly ruined the entire experience. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how they expect anyone to come back.

It’s a shame, because I was looking forward to trying more from their menu — but after this encounter, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of burger spots that actually value their customers and keep their word.
