ONUR Burger — Restaurant in Nottingham

A strange experience. Ive ate from here before and they has never been an issue but sadly this time round i was disappointed. I went for the classic cheeseburger, i noticed it was very plain and flavourless i get its the classic but it was very bland.The chicken tenders was lovely, crunchy and tasty. The chips i could literally eat boxes of! The most amazing chips i have ever had in nottingham! Very impressed! Sadly the mac and cheese was a let down, cheese sauce smelt like feet, very runny and tasted off, there was no basic seasoning ie salt and pepper and was just garnished with parsley i think. Ive had the mac and cheese before and its by far the best but again something has changed somewhere. Ordered on uber at 19:25 delivery time kept changing. Tried to contact the takeaway 3 times but no answer then called they uber delivery guy who gave the phone to the store employee who said there was a queue in the shop but been waiting for 1 hour and 35 mins and no correspondence from the takeaway and it was just excuse making as he didn't have any answer and he also hung the phone up on me. I think you need to train your staff on how to deal with customers on the phone as he didn't know what he was doing. This is the worst place I have ordered from in my life. Without a doubt my favourite place in Nottingham! The food is excellent, the portion sizes are good, it's not too pricey and there's just so much choice. Furthermore, I'm impressed by the quality and consistency to the extent that I can confidently say that there hasn't been a time that I've left unsatisfied. It's not just the food that I'm impressed with It's the customer service as the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Overall in the top tier of places to eat...
