I visited this gelato shop on a hot summer afternoon, and it absolutely blew me away! The place itself is clean, stylish, and inviting — but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from a staff member named Mohammed.

From the moment I walked in, Mohammed greeted me with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. He patiently helped me choose from the wide range of flavours, offering samples and expert recommendations. His passion for the gelato was obvious, and he really took pride in making sure every customer walked away happy.

I ended up trying the Tiramisu and Hazelnut chocolate both were incredibly smooth, rich in flavour, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The texture was velvety and fresh, not icy or overly sweet like in some other places.

What stood out most was the way Mohammed made the entire experience feel personal. Even during a busy moment, he treated every customer with kindness and care, creating a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find these days. He made me feel so welcome and loved.

I’m writing as I’m quite disappointed as I’ve ordered from yourselves a lot and visited your shop. My usual order is two three scoops with the request of the flavours being separated . This has been accommodated without issue in all my previous orders, until my most recent one.

Instead of the separated flavours I received a note indicating separating the flavours is against restaurant policy . Whilst I understand if this is the case, I’m perplexed by this sudden change, especially considering that my request has been fulfilled numerous times in the past. This inconsistency suggests either a lack of adherence to policy by your staff on multiple occasions or a selective disregard for my request by the staff handling my order.

Additionally I was disappointed to find that I did not receive the cones I have paid for, this has happened on several occasions but I am mentioning it now as it is a recurring issue.

Despite these frustrations, I must say when I have visited the store the staff have provided excellent service. Also the quality of the ice cream and brownies are delicious

I went to this café with a friend because we were craving hot chocolate and we heard that this place had won an award for that. When we ordered the staff told us that the chocolate they served was very dark but it was not a problem for us anyway. The staff was very kind, two girls greeted us with smiles and pleasantries, they were really nice. What we really disliked was the hot chocolate, if we can call it that. It was practically only milk with very little cocoa powder, and it should have been very dark with a very intense taste. The color wasn't even brown, it looked like dirty milk. It wasn't an hot chocolate at all, also because it wasn't hot or warm, but a little cold, so it didn't taste very good. For a while we didn't know what to do, we didn't want to cause a scene or be dramatic. We don't know if the chocolate there is usually very bad or if the staff was mocking us and serving something different to what we asked on purpose (even though they seemed like good people), but I don't recommend this place to anybody.
