Today 24th July, I had a rather unfortunate experience at the coffee shop. There were two female staff members, one tall and one short, on duty. The shorter staff member was taking orders when we entered. We ordered a latte and an iced flat white. To our surprise, she said they couldn't make an iced flat white. This confused us, as we've ordered it before at this very shop without any issues.
I politely requested her to prepare a regular flat white with some ice added to it. However, her response showed clear annoyance, and she reluctantly took our order.
To our dismay, the tall staff member who prepared our coffees later gave me a hot flat white instead of the iced one I had asked for. When I mentioned the mistake, she questioned why I wanted ice in a hot drink. I politely explained that I had actually requested an iced flat white, but the short colleague had insisted they don't make it. It was then that the shorter staff member, seemingly agitated, almost shouted "it's ok."
I felt that the service attitude was very poor, and I couldn't understand why they couldn't make an iced flat white when I had ordered it multiple times before. I would like to suggest that the coffee shop's manager improve the internal training and encourage staff to pay attention to their attitude towards customers. They should also learn how to make an iced flat white properly if you are voted as "The best coffee shop in Oxford" (from service...

First of all, there is no table service — customers are expected to collect their own drinks. When I asked for sugar, instead of providing it, the staff simply pointed towards a messy, dirty table outside, where the sugar jars were carelessly left among used cups and trash, as you can see in the photos. No spoons were offered with the coffee either, which is simply unacceptable.
The staff were unfriendly and clearly disinterested in providing any kind of service. One of the girls working there was extremely loud, laughing wildly and behaving in a very unprofessional manner, completely disregarding the atmosphere customers expect when visiting a café. She had no idea how to treat customers properly. Her wild laughter and complete lack of manners made the entire atmosphere chaotic and unpleasant. It’s obvious that the staff has zero training in customer service and no interest in improving.
The overall experience was ruined not only by the poor service but also by the dirty, neglected presentation of the coffee station and seating area. From what I witnessed and captured in the pictures, this café seriously lacks basic standards of hygiene and hospitality.
I would not recommend visiting this place and will certainly not be...
