Food 4 U — Restaurant in Plymouth

Been regular customer for years. However quality has declined rapidly..either very good or really grim. I dared to complain as I recognised guy who gave ma previously dreadful kebab. Large lamb shish. Burnt meat incorrect sauce salad at its minimalist. Ok shop full of people. Didn’t plan on complaining but I saw a terrible kebab served out to guy in front.. thrown together dreadfully small portion.. so I flipped rather and told the guy straight... tha boss waited until shop emptied and advised me straight I shouldn’t complain in front of other people!!! REALLY!!!!!????gave me freebie donner as compensation. This was heavily burnt therefore I threw away...,, LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER.. NEVER AGAIN... BRITS DONT LIKE TO COMPLAIN WITHOUT CAUSE... suggest you learn and internalise our culture.... too many substandard meals for my liking!!!! Be VERY AWARE AND DONT DARE COMPLAIN!!!!!!Also strange that people from overseas arrive here with a superior attitude telling us how to behave whilst complaining regarding food quality. I’m a senior college lecturer guiding my students to university and regret being talked down to by absolute pretentious fantasist overbearing superior idiots......THE WHOLE POINT IS NO CUSTOMER OLD OR NEW SHOULD HAVE TO COMPLAIN....brilliant shop prior to the fire!!!NOW ITS PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT NEVER...

Ordered through Uber eats, after an hour which I thought was a reasonable time since ordering gone midnight but my food hasn’t arrived so requested a new estimated delivery time through Uber eats, the store never responded, so I call the store. I’m greeted with the most unpleasant WHAT in an aggressive tone. After explaining my situation I’m screamed at to call back not on no caller ID I apologise for this and said I can give them my number if it’s easier then hanging up and calling again, there was no response and the man hung up on me. I put my caller ID on and call back like they asked again I’m greeted with the unpleasant aggressive WHAT, I explain I just called and calling back like requested. After taking a few more details like where I live and how I ordered he screams at me to Wait, for about five minutes I’m sat with no one talking and can hear aggressive screaming in a foreign language, he comes back and says the driver went home good bye and hung up. So about ten minutes later I call back he screams at me to stop calling I asked him not to raise his voice at me and asked if we can sort this issue out, not once was an apology made and he just hung up once again. Since my number has been blocked and no food...

Waited 1hr 45min for it to arrive, the drink was missing from the combo meal, the chips of the combo meal were cold, the pizza was luke-warm to cold and the kebab, even though they read the comment section coz there wasn't any red cabbage as per request but left other stuff off which should have been included on it!! The chicken on the kebab was cold too. Clearly all been sat for some times as well with it being cold. Called the shop to speak to someone to be told there's nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting for the price they charge. Its not the first time our order hasn't been right either. This however is the last time we'll ever use them. Shame as they used to be the...
