We waited to visit as we had heard mixed things and thought maybe a settling in period was needed. The choice of food is still quite limited but covers the basics of cooked breakfasts, pancakes, soups and sandwiches. We used to love Prime so had high hopes for the replacement.
Bad points: The veggie breakfast was spoiled by cheap supermarket style bread, random mixed beans in a glass that was too hot to touch, and a liberal dousing of parsley on everything which meant you couldn't taste anything else. The smashed browns was one thin sad looking hash brown and I couldn't finish the dry sausage. Rather than try and be fancy with cheap ingredients just focus on simple quality. A decent breakfast doesn't need to be overcomplicated and there's plenty of good local bakeries to get fresh bread from. Would happily pay more for a better breakfast!
Good points: My latte was tasty, the atmosphere was nice and the food came extremely quickly (but maybe that reflects how it was cooked).
Would probably not visit again unless we heard the food had...

I remember going the first time, getting a portion of two slices of toast, it went down to a single slice on the second visit and then finally was removed from the menu upon visiting this time.
The staff are really friendly and accommodated for us āon this occasionā with the portions rather than the items on the menu, so we really appreciate that but I wanted to feedback on the prices if this is a mainstay going forward, as its just too much for us as a family.
The menu in general seemed really pricey - especially the beans on toast? One egg and a slice of toast for £8.50 is a lot compared to the £2 in total from the extra portions (or in general). I would pay £3/4 for two slices of toast if that was an option. I do really enjoy the coffee so it would be disappointing to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNieve was so helpful today helping us pick out a new indoor plant for the house. She was able to advise us on all our current plants we have and also recommended a seaweed based plant feed for them all. We will be back for a repotting evening when we finally get a friday night off as we have an aloe that needs splitting into two.
We stopped in for a drink after as the cafe was so inviting and surrounded by plants. Mocha to die for!!!!! Creamy, smooth and just the right amount...
