schuh — Local services in Plymouth

(This is not about the Plymouth Store, but Schuh online) I ordered some shoes online, on Saturday 30/1/2021. When I was checking out the website stated that if I ordered within the next 3 hours and 40 minutes, then I could get delivery the next day Sun 31/1/2021. I placed the order and the shoes were not delivered until 2/2/2021. I have emailed requesting a refund of the delivery fee I paid to be told no because the couriers don't deliver on a Sunday. Parcelforce DO deliver on a Sunday 9am-5pm. The schuh website states next day delivery if you order before 9pm on a Saturday. My order was placed at 5.16pm (according to my order confirmation) so well before the cut off point for next day delivery. At no point when I checked out did it say that the order would not come the next day. If Schuh can't deliver on a Sunday, why do they say they can?! Schuhs customer...

Today 2.08.25 at Schuh in drake circus plymouth amazing staff from when we stepped into the building. We went into exchange some shoes. Lady checked over to ensure that havent been used I showed some liked to one of guys and he sent some over to help straight away as he was busy. Oliver was amazing with my little boy who didnt once smile sorry. He chatted to him whilst putting shoes on his feet and no tears at all and he hates trying on shoes in public. We found some other shoes for holiday whilst i tried putting them on he cried so oliver came down and started chatting to my little boy who stopped crying instantly still no smiles. We have one shy boy

They have some lovely stuff which I was very happy about because I'm a size 3, struggling to find women's shoes what fit me. The shop assistant lady did not pay any attention to me, recieved false anwers to my questions so I ended up having to bring back my shoes. They didnt want to do anything so I had to go back again with my boyfriend. This time they admit they gave me false information but still had to send my shoes to head office, saying they cant do anything and it will take very long trying to suggest not to even try. In the end I've recieved my refund from head office. I won't trust anyone again there and I'd rather just buy online from other...
