New East End Café & Takeaway Ltd — Restaurant in Plymouth

The first time I came to this cafe, I had a really nice experience however today was the worst experience I have ever had in this sort of establishment let’s just run through the whole scenario arrived at the cafe we were the only table with a food order after sitting down we then proceeded to wait ten to fifteen minutes with 3 staff members to walk out into the cafe before someone actually took our order then from there we waited another 20 minutes for two breakfasts at this point we had been there for longer than half an hour before having a drink I had to go to the counter to ask for it and then to top it all off I didn’t get the drink I ordered at the start of all this I also didn’t get the order of food that I wanted let’s not talk about the other two tables if this is what it’s like when it’s busy maybe more attention should be paid to the cmrs who have came into the cafe rather than the telephone all in all I will not...

Walked in looked great .lovely atmosphere very clean and impressive. Breakfast hot and plenty of it but the bacon didnt seem to have any flavour the mushrooms were tinned which wasnt that nice and the sausage was the cheap kind alright but expected nicer. Had a English breakfast. It was served quickly and all the food was pipping hot. Included toast with butter and a mug of steaming hot coffee. The fod was cooked beautifully and was very good value for money. The cafe has recently been completely refurbished and under new ownership. The decor is very nice with all new tables and chairs.
