Oggy Oggy Cornish Pasties - Armada Way — Restaurant in Plymouth

Ordered a breakfast and asked for no beans as the menu did not provide a way to remove items off of the ordered item. Upon delivery noticed there were beans and the receipt had been ticked right under my message asking for no beans, I think it's fair to see the Chef saw it.

Completely fine, mistakes happen and I'm okay with mix ups, we're all human after all. I called the resturant mentioning the error and they were unable to replace my breakfast or offer a refund, saying that "Because it says it comes with beans you got what it says it comes with", upon asking about other options which might not have beans the lady on the phone mentioned another option has a "Tomato or beans" option but for some reason this one doesn't. If I were allergic to beans and this had happened I'm sure there would have been a different reaction but I'm not one to lie for the sake of getting my breakfast correct to how I ordered it, feeling like that might be justifiable in the future now.

How can you explain that a place that supposedly is specially in Pasties at 08.00h in the morning don't have anything ready!!! I went this morning 08.05h I have to take a pasty from yesterday and cold... And the suspicious coffee: 6 cups of expresso already made it, next to the coffee machine!!! maybe from yesterday as well , they put 2 cup of cold coffee, they reheat a lot the milk and there you are your flat white🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢... Disgusting.. Even the coffee machine was not on???? Are you for real??? So why you open at 08.00 with 0 services and anything made it??????!!! And the faces of that guys was a pity!!! Fed up to live🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️... So the big and rich boss in charge.... Pay better this poor and bitter people and organize better your services at 08.00h ... Your clients are expecting hot and nices Pasties and good coffee!!! Not products from yesterday and coffee made it who knows.... But the price are the same robbery.... Don't go...

We went to the cafe yesterday for lunch as we were quickly served by a member of staff who took our drinks order, whilst we decided on our food. This however was quickly ruined by the owner approaching us and rudely asking us if we were eating with our drinks. She seemed almost as if she was prepared to throw us out for only ordering drinks. All the members of staff were lovely and helpful, however the manager, Lesley, was undermining them, slagging them off to customers, shouting at them across the cafe and was just plain rude. I spoke to members of staff and they almost seemed afraid of her. She should defiantly consider being retrained in customer service and team leadership.

On a more positive note the food was lovely and arrived in good time after ordering and the all other staff were great. However will not be visiting again due...
