I went in to ask about Brian Pollard's picture of Plymouth Argyle's stadium. A friend who is a supporter of the team has lost both her parents in the past 15 months and I wanted something to cheer her up. The artist was in the gallery and right away he took a card of the print and wrote a dedication to her. When I gave it to her, she could hardly believe the kindness of the gallery and the artist. Nice gallery but need to work on their customer service. Rang 3 times & left a message & also emailed chasing an order. When I went in it was there but when I mentioned that i had been trying to contact them was met with the reply "oh well whatever." Why bother having contact details & a phone number if you are not going to...
