KFC Plymouth - Mutley Plain — Restaurant in Plymouth

We have used the Mutley Plain branch on several occasions now with no problems but On two separate occasions recently we have ordered a boneless bucket and received boned chicken instead.

The problem we have with this is we don’t like or want the boned chicken but what made it worse this time was it was so inedible that we fed it to the dog and cat and even they wouldn’t eat it! The dry chicken was not juicy like it should be, but was a dark brown overcooked, dried out husk, with hardly any chicken on it!

We received popcorn chicken and 6 pieces of the overcooked dried up chicken, and should have received 10 unboned mini fillets, the two tower burgers were fine, remember this has happened on two separate occasions now.

I just wish that if the branch is unable to fulfil the order, they would just say, have contact with their customers, rather than send out an inferior product.

So I will not be using this branch again, if my cat and dog won’t eat it, then that says...

Its been various times ive been in this store and by far its 1 of the worst ive ever been too order at the self service gives me no receipt just a number 6031 then checked at cash point an they say my order didnt come in to are sistem so they asked for proof of purchase 20 min for 2 minifillet burgers 6 hot wings and a small pop corn chicken 4 orders went infront of mine while there is 1 member in kitchen working non stop while another 3 were packing online deliveries non stop working well and hard while the member of staff on till was dacing like everything was normal no care in the world about my order and gave me some slightly rude answers when i asked about my order manager was finding it all amusing was really anoyed at this point ive been to many kfc this...

SHUT IT DOWN! Will never eat here again, felt so unwell after and the quality of food was poor.

Everyone I know who's eaten here has been unwell so please avoid it, when I ate here for the first time I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant was bad, bins over flowing, debri and food everywhere.

When it was mentioned to the manager, a staff member went out to change the bins, once finished they went back onto serving food with unwashed hands, yuck! The manager is so lackluster and all she cares about is sitting on her backside in the office. This place needs a shaken up in the team and management, have written to trading standards about the hygiene...
