Pizza Hut Mutley Plain — Restaurant in Plymouth

I Ordered £35 worth of food from this Pizza Hut last night, rang up to see where our order was as we waited an hour , got told 'the food left the store 10 minutes ago' then 45 minutes later my food order arrived stone cold and had obviously been out for delivery for 30 minutes when I live only a 5 minute drive away. The guy who delivered sat in his car eating for 5 minutes also before knocking on my door with the order so was in no hurry, at this point we had waited nearly two hours for 2 pizzas and sides, we had £10 taken off our bill when we rang up to complain , the food was still dry , no taste to it , no cheese on either pizzas, eaten here a couple times this year now and always disappoint , not up to standard as other pizza huts in plymouth , would...

Ordered from this place for a long time but never again. DO NOT ORDER EXTRA CHEESE because my experience is they will not give you any. They'll pocket your cash as a tip and give you the regular amount. Must be a lucrative skim.

Some of the delivery drivers are lovely but there are 1 or 2 that are incredibly rude. They also constantly forget items. I imagine the drivers have about 20 bottles of drink in their car by the end of the night to take home.

Horrible service from Mutley Plain plymouth. Most of the toppings on one side of the pizza and half the pizza just not cut. I can lift it and it is one solid block.
