Don’t go there, they don’t want your money!

I never understood why BREAD ADDICTION only two doors up were always queueing up and this guys were empty with such amazing cakes inside…Until today!!!

I popped in asking if I could order a bread and the lady said they didn’t have any so I had to order it through their facebook page. I then ordered my bread and they were extremely rude, never again! I hardly do any negative reviews but these guys don’t deserve your money.

Just had a quick scroll through the reviews and for the people who said they were rude the reply was a copy paste ‘sorry to hear that she is not working for me anymore’... this doesn't even make any sense and it was 5 months ago. Clearly the rude ‘person’ is still there! I messaged them saying that they were being rude and they’ve just lost and client and they replied with a thumbs up.

Go to BREAD ADDICTION you won’t regret it. Bread and cakes are delicious, and staff is lovely. They are dog...

Not usually one to complain… Returned to one of our go to bakery’s for the first time in a while, despite ignoring many previous negative reviews from friends. Last time we came, I got the green egg breakfast and the bacon was forgotten. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and later got my bacon.

This time I got a breakfast bap, to my surprise I cut it in half to find one of the cooks long hairs! 🤢 If I didn’t cut it in half due to the shear size of it I would of eaten it, which made me cancel my order 🤮

Not only that, as we were waiting, in full view to us the owner was in the kitchen preparing afternoon tea, LICKING THE CREAM OFF HER FINGERS CONTINUOUSLY AS SHE WAS DECORATING THE SCONES WITH CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES

Would I critique someone’s business for a hair? No, but the build up of things has me in disgust and will be going elsewhere...

Mixed feelings.

The product they produce is great. We have been several times and it is consistent and tasty, from the bread to croissant , and cakes.

However there is a young skinny lady in there, and literally there is a pain on her face EVERY SINGE time a customer is there. She is so rude. She does not want to serve people and I don't understand how can the owners have someone who actually damages their business with her attitude. The lady with short hair is not much better, but definitely a lot more helpful than the other lady.

All in all, great food, very bad attitude from staff, every single time with no improvement. They should get some tips from bread addiction on customer service as there is always a queue, not because it is better but a staff is...
