Absolutely terrible & Disappointed. Rude staff. Went here with 10 members in my family was suppose to be a Birthday treat, still shut at 11 am, even though they suppose to open at 8 am. Checked the website before we left home. Stated it was open, travelled 12 miles for this, doors all locked up, yet the website quoted it was definitely open. Staff were in the shop went to the door, which was locked, staff looked at me while I was trying to ask them a question and just turned their backs on me. Tried phoning the actual store from outside the shop. No reply what so ever. So we went to Good ol' TACO BELL instead. After a great deal of searching the web on how to contact Wendy's Head Office to complain I eventually managed to track an email address down ( which I think they have purposely made impossible, so they don't have to answers people's complaint and give any customer service ) emailed them my complaint had a reply apologising and promising me they would send me out complementary vouchers to me and my family to go back to Wendy's for complementary meals. Never received anything what so ever in the post, so I emailed them again, this time my email was ignored and after two more attempts of contacting this so called customer service, I gave up. The first email as a totally Fake apology and fake offer from their so called customer service team. Head Office Customer Service is non existent and the staff that was working on the 22 March were just totally rude with an arrogant attitude. Would love have to been able to answer the other question on Wendy's review but sadly I could not get through the doors as they were locked. Read moreTerrible, so went in for the first time it wasn't to busy. We got a table straight away and sat down I ordered my son a nugget kids meal and myself a burger with bacon and cheesy fried with two drinks.
His meal the chips were good really nice actually the nuggets however weren't worth the month 4 tiny chicken nuggets a third the size of a mcdonalds nugget to put it into context. Really for those sizes I'd expect 8 for a meal for a child.
Moving onto mine, the buger was bafantastic really good juicy and Flavoured. The cheesy fries weren't worth the box they came in the chips were good but my god the picture showed all the chips with cheese instead I got 5 strands of cheese which had just been thrown on. Funny as a sign in the store says we don't cut corners...... I disagree.
Hygiene how this place has a 5 star is beyond me we watched the tables be cleared of rubbish and that was it nobody sprayed, wiped or cleaned them from customer to customer.
The place was cold most people including us kept our coats on no heating at all.
And to top it off with Hygiene a pigeon was roaming from table to table. Not 1 member of staff bothered to usher it out. Very unacceptable can't see it being open long. Please don't bother it's simply not worth the money. I was expecting good things from here and for £20 spent I'd have only paid about £10 for it.
Customer service wasn't great our number was called out and I went up to the front there were several orders on trays I asked is this one 5055 ? And I just got looked at and grunt.

Read moreThe gentleman who served me was extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and rude in his demeanor. His name badge was faded, but it appeared to read "Loa."
Firstly, he was on his phone and listening to loud music, giving the impression that he had no interest in serving any customers and obviously wanted to do as little work as possible.
Secondly, after ordering I mentioned that the syrup in the drinks machine needed changing as my drink tasted just like soda water. He dismissively told me to "just go and refill it", almost as if the issue would somehow magically resolve itself. Because at no point did he communicate how long it would actually take to change.
After some time I overheard him sarcastically tell one of his colleagues that there was no syrup available to change it to.
He then finished his conversation with his colleague, and eventually informed me that there was no syrup available. As if I hadn't just already overheard his whole conversation. 🤦♂️
Finally, at no point did he offer an apology or any kind of acknowledgement for the inconvenience that I had been caused by being sold a drink that wasn't actually available. His behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.
