WHAT A NIGHT TO REMEMBER!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Baluga last weekend, and it was truly an unforgettable experience, thanks in no small part to the amazing service from our waitress, Tasha

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the cocktail menu was impressive—she not only recommended some fantastic drinks based on our preferences but also took the time to explain the ingredients. It’s rare to find a server who is both passionate and well-versed in what they’re serving, and Tasha was the perfect example of this.

Throughout the night, she checked in at just the right moments, ensuring our glasses were always full and we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her attention to detail was spot on, and it was clear she truly cared about giving us a memorable experience.

The ambiance of the bar was elevated by her charm and professionalism, making the entire evening feel like a special occasion. It’s not often you come across service that feels both genuine and polished, but Tasha hit that perfect balance.

If you find yourself at Baluga be sure to ask for Tasha—her service will undoubtedly make your visit even more enjoyable. Five stars...

I have to say, paying for private longue is giving you nothing, because security have some problems with woman. We paid to have a cool hen party for my sister and they had a problem to let us in, even though the longue was paid for and (obviously) reserved. If you have a choice, please, pick a better place to celebrate and enjoy yourself.

• EDIT* The security guys said they will let me in if I'll APOLOGISE for saying that we were there, we just went outside to take a small fresh air intake (SEXIST MUCH), so I told them as long as my family and friends will be able to go in to enjoy what we paid for, I'm good to wait outside. My girls though didn't want to enjoy themselves without me, so they bring some sort of manager so we all went in together, but if you don't feel like playing games with bouncers, just puck other club, for real, it's so not wort it in here to get into...

Absolutely horrific, avoid at all costs. Both of my brothers were assaulted here last night by the bouncers with no provocation. They threw my brother down the stairs backwards and preceded to stomp on and kick him in the head multiple times despite him asking them to stop and not fighting back. My other brother retaliated to try and help him and in response they took him outside down an alley way (with no CCTV), choked him almost to the point of passing out and punched him multiple times in the face. The only thing stopping them being his wife standing infront of him. They were enjoying a drink with their partners and nothing they could have done would warrant this. I hope the club seeks to make changes as it appears from previous reviews this is not an uncommon experience, and sadly events like this could lead to much...
