Title: A Sweet Escape: A Must-Try Culinary Adventure Review: Indulging in the delectable delights at Heavenly Desserts was nothing short of a heavenly experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a memorable evening. The customer service here is truly exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure every patron feels valued and attended to. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show – the food. Each dish served was a symphony of flavors, meticulously crafted to perfection. From the melt-in-your-mouth pastries to the decadent desserts, every bite was a celebration of taste and craftsmanship. The chefs at Heavenly Desserts have truly mastered the art of sweet indulgence. But it’s not just the food that steals the spotlight; the ambiance of the restaurant is equally captivating. With its charming decor and cozy atmosphere, Heavenly Desserts provides the perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience. And let’s not forget the Instagram-worthy aesthetics – every corner of the restaurant is begging to be captured and shared with the world. In conclusion, dining at Heavenly Desserts is more than just a meal – it’s a journey for the senses. With impeccable customer service, exceptional food, and an ambiance that’s both inviting and visually stunning, this establishment has undoubtedly earned its place as a must-visit destination for food lovers and Instagram enthusiasts alike.

Not bad but not good, room for improvement and definitely lacking customer care Firstly the food and milkshake honestly was delicious I can't fault the taste of the food at all but that aside I have this to say, we ordered a fondue for 2 and yes the Belgian milk chocolate was delicious but the bowl it was served in wasn't cleaned, I asked my girlfriend to lift the bowl and it had old chocolate pasted to the bowl (photo attached) as well some of the fruits served with it had fungus on it, so the level of attention to the food they are serving and the cutlery and crockery is obviously lacking... Lastly the staff aren't friendly and inviting, they all had such gourmless and unhappy faces and when we took some cakes home in a takeaway bag the young lady working there walked past, dumped the bag on the table aggressively and just walked away not even making eye contact. I took my girlfriend here as a surprise and I'm embarrassed that was the service and unprofessional approach we received, the decor and food was delicious and on point, the staff and management however needs to be looked at. I wouldn't take it as far as telling people not to go there, just don't get your hopes up thinking it's going to be top notch quality, rather look at alternatives before considering this as your first pick.

Visited this lovely café/restaurant in Preston and sampled some of the items from their "brunch society" menu which is served everyday from 10am ~ We tried the following: 》Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Egg Croffle | Hot butter croffles, soft scrambled egg, rocket, smoked salmon, lemon 》Full Breakfast | Lamb bacon, poached egg, spiced beans, roast tomatoes, mushrooms, hash brown bites, fresh croffle 》Chocolate and Praline Torte | Chocolate & Hazelnut praline torte, chocolate hazelnut mochi, salted caramel cream shot 》Green Smoothie & Decaf Flat White I've been craving for croffles for the longest time and quite pleased with their savoury version. They were light/flaky plus the creamy eggs and smoked salmon complimented each other. The full breakfast had good variety plus halal too, I really enjoyed the lamb bacon that came with it. The desserts were truly heavenly, certainly lived up to its name. The decadent trio of torte, mochi and salted caramel cream shot were to-die-for! I was so hooked after the first mouthful, I highly recommend this especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.

This establishment has fallen short of expectations and will not be visited again. Upon arrival, the first impression was that the franchise was not being represented well. The dining area was unclean, with tables filled with empty plates. We were seated in an area with cold air conditioning, which directly blew onto our table. After requesting that the waitress move us, she agreed to clear a table, but it took a considerable amount of time. We were then left seated at a dirty table until she arrived.

After placing an order, the drinks arrived promptly, but they were served without cutlery or sugar for my drink. I inquired about the possibility of obtaining some, but it took a significant amount of time for the waiter to bring clearly overworked and understaffed staff to provide them. I overheard the waiter telling customers that they were too busy to keep up with the demand.

The desserts arrived, but the waffle was so crispy and solid that it was not edible. We returned it and decided to swap for the pancakes instead. However, we were informed that they would be placed after a few orders again taking more time, in which everyone on the table would have eaten their desserts, leaving me with no option but to take my child elsewhere to get dessert. We ultimately decided to cancel pancakes,

Overall, this was a terrible and stressful experience. I would not recommend this establishment, especially considering the Father’s Day offer. It is understandable that the place was busy, but the staff should have been better staffed to handle the...
