Mr Joes Preston — Restaurant in Preston

Me and my friends order food from hungry house online. We were looking for a takeaway that had a good variety of things and we came across "Preston kebab house restaurant" so we ordered food from there. The estimate delivery time was 2hrs. After an hour we got a call from the takeaway saying "hello my name is .... From Mr Joe's I'm calling to confirm your order" and then we said "we haven't ordered anything from Mr joes" and then he said "you have" so we asked what we have ordered he said the correct order to us and then he said your total is £67.30 which it was meant to be around £56 something but for some reason they upted the price. We then said it's named "Preston's Kebab house restaurant" on hungry house and the guy on the phone just said "ok" and didn't give an explanation as to why it's named differently. We have ordered from Mr joes in the past and we said we would never order from here again because we were charged for a pizza we ordered but they messed up the order and it never arrived we phoned them back and the guy over the phone denied it and was very rude and hung up on us. Our food came 25 minutes late and my kebab didn't have any Donner kebab meat on it, it was just salad, mayonnaise and chips on a pitta bread, i didn't want to bother ringing up after last time. Although the food was good but we won't be ordering food...

Ordered 2 kebabs and 2 chips and 2 dounts the food arrived the dounts was frozen solid and they charged 23 pounds so i looked in the bag and they put 2 Donner in a tray with chips so I called them and asked why they have brought this extra food and they said we ordered a meal deal I looked and said to them if it was a meal deal I would of asked them so they got rude on the phone so I told them to listen to there recorded phone call he said no so I told me what we asked for and it took a while for them to apologise and they gave me the 8 pounds back and when he gave it me back he said for next time go threw the order on the phone ain't that there duty as it's there company not mynn trust me everyone if you order from here u will see what I mean as the manger is just as rude on the phone sooner or later they will be closed me and my partner order a lot threw the week from different kebab houses av never ever had an argument like that before bye a team of rookies that think it's ok to get an order wrong and then decide to be nasty to the extent where u don't even want to eat your food after that everyone stay...

Giving this place 1Star is me actually being generous. Stay well away from these cowboys. I placed an order at 11.30pm from work for the entire team and I specifically told them the food needs to be delivered for 1am (which is breaktime). They told me that would be no problem as it's a weekday and it's quiet. Anyways, 1am strikes and there's no sign of the driver. I call the takeaway and they tell me the driver has just left... i call back at 115am and they tell me he should be there in the next minute.. well well.. gling forwards, the driver turns up at 2.10am. This is after they close at 2am. So the foods arrives late by over an hour. Bearing in mind the order was placed over 2hrs and 30mins before it arrived.. but the food itself was rank. I don't know how people can eat their food. I wouldn't even give this place ONE STAR.. ZERO STAR FOOD ZERO STAR SERVICE ZERO STAR TAKEAWAY ZERO...
