Then when i ordered 2 toppings i had to repeat 2 times as he looked like didnât know what a regular box meant. Then he literally filled in my box with rice and barely had any space left for the toppings. He put 3 tiny pieces of chicken and 2 big pieces of burned onion. Than, the second topping the same, he literally put 3-4 pieces of small potatoes edges. I was shocked and said - can you please add a bit more, this is not 2 toppings. I am not paying 7.35 for a box of rice. He gave me such a bad look and being rude to me says-well this is the portion. Really? Did I look stupid to him or what, is not the first time I ordered from their but this is the first time when I literally had no word, couldnât believe my ears , how bad and shameless he was.    Read moreSuprised and excited to see Halal Noodle Bar in Broad Street. So decide to check it out, the decor was fresh and clean. As it was first time didnt know how the process of ordering the food was. When asked for the large size i was informed they didnt have any. Then trying to understand the European staff was interesting to say the least. Started with the medium box noodles and was asked to choose topping on it. After chancing one sweet and sour from the first section after the noodles i was asked for another, i choose another topping from the same section. Then the girl informs me this was the least one. I said ok when i moved to the next section to choose she said that was it.. ooh why? Your allowed two toppings and said i didnt know to which she replies she told me. Really, when i said? she lets me know when i was choosing from the first section. I was bit confused then realised she wasnt informing be less one, she was saying it was last one lol.
Anyway i thought i should let management know of this poor communication and spoke to Peter the manager. He was very apologetic however when it came to proving customer satisfaction it lacked lustre.
