Located not to far from town centre. It is a big cafe/ shop where there are a lot of place to sit. All the menu items are really taste but expensive. We took usually cookie dough Triple chocolate or crepes. Unfortunately the staff / sales assistance are not al seats kind and helpful. Some of them are quite rude and seems they are boring to work, at the other side some of them are really kind. There is also a toilet sometime clean sometimes not.

31.1.2023 new review : We ordered cookie dough as we always do (twice a week same two orders every time). It arrived and my jaw dropped when my daughter opened the box! The portion which usually feeds our family of four and still has left overs was not there. There was 1/4 of what is usually there. We thought we maybe had ordered a kids size but my husband payed the usual price and had ordered the usual order. Unsatisfied we called creams because this wasn’t an UberEats issue. They picked up and said that Creams had changed the order sizes due to a lack of stock (which should’ve been mentioned in the order and the prices should’ve been dropped) and he also said that they were getting so many other complaints but there was nothing they could do except report back to their managers. Worst order ever, worst service ever you may as well make it at home for cheaper and...

I visited Creams in Reading this afternoon (30/11/14) at 16:00 with my boyfriend. I was thoroughly disappointed as the customer service was appalling. The lack of organisation within the store was awful to say the least.

First, there was no one at the door to greet us when we entered despite the fact that there were around 5 waitresses wandering round the store at the time. We waited for a long time before anyone noticed us.

Second, our table was then given to three different families/couples whilst we were queuing to order, which was the most frustrating experience I have ever had in a restaurant/cafe. The amount of times that we had to ask for our table back was merely atrocious. Had we not already paid for our food, we would have left after the third time that someone else had been put on our table. The waitresses were clueless about which tables had been taken. It was just complete chaos.

Third, there was only one till open when we were there despite the long queue. The person that served us at the till was slow and held the queue up. It seemed as if he had little training on the till.

Today's experience was a complete disaster and I don't think I would go again due to the unpleasant service that...

Placed a deliveroo order for Creams on Sunday evening. When the order arrived I found a longish hair baked into my cookie dough dish. As this is during a time when everybody is already on edge about contact and cross contamination I emailed them to let them know about it and that they may want to look into their protective equiptment to make sure theirs not an issue with it. The response I got from the management was that it couldn't have been their staff and they have all been trained on saftey procedures. I emailed back explaining that it was literally baked inside the cookie dough so could not have come from either myself or the delivery driver, so if the cookie dough is prepared before hand they might want to look into this. They responded by saying "Our cookie doughs are specially made for us. I cannot comment on the company that prepare the dough.".

They made no attempt to apologise or even acknowledge it could have come from them. Nor did they say they would look into anything with the supplier. Overall I was just extremely dissapointed and felt like they weren't taking the issue seriously or thought I had put the hair in the cookie (despite it looking nothing like my hair and again being...

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Creams in Reading. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was quick, professional, and added to the overall positive vibe. We started with a savoury option – the BBQ chicken hot pocket – and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was. Unlike a pie or wrap, it wasn’t heavy or dry, making it a perfect choice to kick off our visit. For dessert, my wife chose the Creams Sundae Royale, which she described as absolutely divine. I went for the Millionaires crepes, which were light, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. To round it all off, I had a hot, full-bodied cappuccino, while my wife enjoyed a thick iced coffee that tasted properly of coffee, not watered down like some places. Overall, the food and service were both top-notch, and we’ll be visiting again. If there’s a small suggestion for the management, perhaps turn up the heating a little, as it was noticeably cold, and it would be to consider updating the furnishings, as they’re starting to look a little worn. But that’s a minor point in what was otherwise a delightful outing.

An indulgent place for the sweet tooth. Pricey but will definitely be a favourite for children, teenagers or a date. Decor is quite fun, black paint everywhere with glitter spakles along the walls and mirror ball with booth seating. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness, tables were not clean and the menus had lots of greasy patches, worst still was the wet serviettes that was wrapped around the cutlery, never had ones that were wet before so went to replace with dry ones! Ordered a waffle which was fluffy and light with generous amounts of chocolate spread and a side serving of soft whippy vanilla ice-cream. . It was very well received by my children although even my 8yo son said it's a bit sweet (too much choc spread) which I didn't think was possible! Went on Sunday 10 Oct 2021 at 5pm and it was quite busy and full of teenagers and a few families.
