I've been to Kaspa's a few times, and every time my visit had been a pleasant experience so I thought its time to give this place a review. First The Establishment The restaurant/ diner is beautiful and welcoming. Lovely decor and ambience. There is plenty of seating area comprising of 2 floors. Clean toilets. Free parking for 1 hour at the back of the building. You have to enter your car reg into their system. Ask 1 of the staff members they will help you with that. Also, there is fat twins situated in the same building. Next to each other. So if you are planning to eat out, this is ideal. Managers and members of the staff are fantastic. Very polite and friendly. Always welcome you with a smile. Service is very good. Food arrives at the table in a very reasonable time. Now, to the best part FOOD. Desserts are tasty and delicious, fresh. My favourites are waffles and milk cakes. Waffles are freshly made on the spot. Sweet and savoury, crispy from outside and soft from inside. Just melts in your mouth. Lots of different options with different toppings. Lots of flavours for ice cream. I love their milk cakes, especially with rose water. (Personal preference). Lots of other desserts. All in all, it's a very nice place for desserts. Highly recommended.

No welcome as we came in and no one approached us to ask eat in or take away so we seated ourselves. Customer service wasn't great at all. Approached the till and the worker didn't look happy at all. My daughter wanted a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake to which the worker said "we don't do raspberry cheesecake" so had to point out it's on the menu. A European worker came out of nowhere and said no, and same to all cheesecakes which they could of just said from the start to stop me from going back and forth to ask my daughter what she wants instead Portions were very small and not good value for money at all. The carrot cake and apple crumble was really small and I only got half a cup of tea as the other half of the cup was filled with frothy milk. My wife's hot chocolate was the same. No check in or bye from the workers so not a great experience at all.

Awesome desserts, the cookie dough is incredible - I actually prefer it to dominoes, it comes with custard or ice cream. Waffles are similar to what you get anywhere else, they do have some interesting topping combos. Their gelato is really nice here, tastes better than creams and treats. Venue is awesome, it’s colourful, lots of open space and two floors. Fat twins, which is a burger joint, is rolled in to the same building. Burgers are better than slam burger in my opinion, and their smash burger is better value and tastes than the place next door. We also tried the chicken breast burger meal and can confirm it was 100% breast - not quite as good as a kfc fried burger though. They also have great kids options. Good place to go with the family. Parking is free btw, just register when you check in.

I visited Kaspas Reading 4 weeks ago at around 9pm and parked in the car park. We went in to order ice creams and straight away came back to the car whilst the driver (my dad) remained in the vehicle. The duration with us visiting the place was around 10mins max. I then received a letter in the post a couple of weeks after stating a £60 fine for simply entering the car park. I then visited the place and asked them about the fine. The girl at the counter said that the person serving us should have asked us for the registration of the car when we came in and placed the order to then get free parking for an hour. However, they did not ask me when I placed the order. I then talked to the manager who didn’t even say hello, had a nasty and rude attitude to us and said there are signs here to put your registration plate. However we came through the back where the car park was and the sign was not visible. She gave us a receipt of our order for proof of purchase for us to send to the civil enforcement to appeal. However, the appeal was rejected and we still have to pay for the parking fine. This is completely unfair and it is Kaspas Reading fault for not mentioning to give the car registration for free parking for an hour. I will not be coming back here again and it is such a same as it is my local dessert parlour. I will also not be coming back because of how rude the manager was and how she had no...

I went into the place she’s happy to take the order. She was polite but when the order came I took her to the car. I was just about to eat it The Ferrero Rocher cookie dough was literally raw from inside undercooked so much it was disgusting so I took it back to the shop told him look at the state of this uncooked disgusting cookie dough. She refunded me and said she would make me a fresh one but unfortunately didn’t realise until we drive off. The cookie dough was the same cookie dough but just re-cooked and it was all stuck on the paper so we re-rang again saying that you literally re-cook the same one that you’ve given us. she goes well, put it in the bin then Not happy The staff who received a call was just been constant just Rude on the phone putting the phone down. Eventually she managed to answer the phone again. We explained the situation just told us to put it in the bin if we’re not happy...
