I would strongly not recommend this place worst experience I’ve ever had I came here today and my time there was horrendous I turned up for mine and my fiancé anniversary and it was fully booked so I put my name In and waited politely and patiently after 30 minutes of waiting there was finally a table I watched the young lady wipe the table down with nothing but a cloth I did not let it get to me so I sat down and had.a look through the menu I decided what I wanted and my fiancé decided what she wanted so we went to place an order as we was ordering another customer got directions to our table so I kindly said sorry but this table is taken he replied sorry that guy just put me here and he kindly moved on there for that related to a lack of communication within the staff as we was ordering we could do loads of orders just sitting on the side while people was waiting and the staff wanted a chit chat I placed my order and went to sit at my table, 1hour and 10 minutes later my food finally came out I didn’t want to hound the staff so they delivered it to my table and I was really looking forward to getting through the meal my first bites was on my chips I took a few chips and they seemed cold so I thought maybe it’s just them so I moved on onto my rice which was freezing I told my fiancé about it she didn’t want to say anything but hers was freezing so I thought I should try my chicken I bit into a bit of chicken and it was warm and really really dry I couldn’t go any further i was mind blown from this so me amen my fiancé got up and decided to leave when we noticed the lady who took us to our table staring and sniggering and very smug as we was leaving left us with a sarcastic BYE HOPE YOU ENJOYER IT I was devistatee so was my fiancé so really I would not recommend this place to anyone what so ever nothing but a...

This restaurant fell below par to the majority of other nandos I have been to. No napkins for a very long time and only managed to get some once half way through our meal. No straws available which made having a drink with ice in particularly frustrating as you can imagine. Food was also below standard with the chicken being rather plain with not much flavour and the bun in which my meal came was not cooked and still partly cold. Tried to use some of the peri peri sauce to see if it made a difference but after trying to get some out of three different bottles of the same sauce with only dribbles coming out, I noticed that the colour of the sauce was different for each, not very appealing which shows that one had been left out far too long and possibly gone bad. Lots of seats yet the customer were told there is a 25 minute wait. I only visited this Nandos for a take away as I still had time at the NCP car park, but had to wait approx 25 mins, it did not seem like they were short staffed or anything. Whilst waiting I could see other customers asking how long their order was going to be, one group left cause they were tired of waiting. Only when I chased the waiting staff for my food as my ticket at the NCP car park was 5 mins from going over, did they ask the grillers where the order was and no one seemed to know or care. Then the waiting staff found the order packed and had to ask what it was before they realised that was my order.
