Very Disappointed Experience
I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time and used to love ordering the fried chicken — especially the wings. I often ordered large portions like the 12- or 20-piece meals and was always satisfied in the past.
Unfortunately, this time was very different. The staff seemed rushed and gave me some of the smallest, driest pieces I’ve ever received — some even seemed like they were about to go off. The smell and taste were so off-putting that I ended up giving 11 pieces to my dog because I just couldn’t eat them.
What’s even more frustrating is that I could see they had better, properly-sized wings available, but those were pushed to the back while I was served the worst ones. I understand getting a few small pieces occasionally, but every single wing was tiny and poor quality.

On [today,], I visited your restaurant and specifically asked the staff if the chicken strips were freshly made. I was told “yes, yes, fresh.” Based on that assurance, I placed my order. However, when I got home, I found that the chicken strips were cold and did not seem freshly prepared at all. It felt like they had been made much earlier—maybe over an hour before.
I felt misled by the staff’s response. When a customer asks about freshness, it’s important to give an honest answer. I hope this feedback helps you improve communication and food quality standards.

Service and atmosphere was really very pathetic yesterday evening , Especially asian guys who were taking orders at till was very very rude, like they don't even understand what i was ordering, they were just keeps on talking with each other , laughing and running. They at least have some training how to deal and listen customer first then punch the order. Especially guy with beared and hat. No gloves no beard masks no hair masks nothing.
At least they politeness, listen carefully, they must have some knowledge to understand language and order.
