Rituals — Local services in Reading

Went to Rituals to buy some body cream as I had just joined the app and had been offered £5 off £45 spend. There was a free gift of air freshener sprays. Had to spend over to get both offers. Free offers in a goody bag with free samples only valid in-store on that day didn't look in it until at home so missed out on the offers. Also free samples in the goody bag were for men so I consider this an insult perhaps I look more masculine than feminine to the shop staff! I only joined to see if next month is my birthday to see what is offered next month. Not sure what I will get next time I shop in there as this was the first time l had purchased goods in there. I have looked around there before.But have previously bought their products from John Lewis.Stuff seemed a bit dusty. Visited again last friday. Took tea sample that was far too hot practically burning from staff member. Just purchased handcream mixture and free shower cream then left. I have £5 off for next visit but won't...

Myself and my partner visited yesterday to pop in to have a browse. We were greeted by the welcoming staff and Gaurav was especially lovely and recommended the best products for our needs. Gaurav gave us some demonstrations and used the products on our hands to show us what they did. We ended up purchasing a body scrub, hair treatment and cleanser - all of which we are excited to use. We also got a free mini fragrance which smells amazing! We even got shown a preview of a new scent which is coming out soon. I was at the Reading Rituals store to get a gift and spent some time browsing through the aisles. Loic approached me and offered his assistance, noting what I also had in mind. Loic was so kind in his approach, very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products. He also took his time and did not rush me at all. He assisted me with my selection; honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had.
