Edit: as you can tell, I rarely edit reviews but unfortunately wingstop's sub par customer service has forced me to do so.
The manager is always so sour and interacting with him always feel like he is doing you a favour rather than you being a valued customer.
Despite spending a lot every single visit (party of 8 so bills in excess of £100) thanks to such half hearted service, we have not been here for a few months now.
For some reason, they close off the seating area after 8? 7? Honestly not sure because their Google site mentions it stays open late but no mention of this elusive seating arrangement.
Which means despite brining in a considerable amount of business, every time our party was forced to cram together in uncomfortable booths. Again, staff and manager could not be bothered to even answer why have the seats been cordoned off or why the website doesn't say anything about this.
Last time we went, there was no space. Extra seating was again cordoned off. Guess what the manager did when we asked where could we sit? Shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Just amazing!
(btw, if you are a burly group of teenagers, you CAN use the cordoned off area. Just help yourself and no one would say a thing! But if as a family you ask, you'll get the most illegible reply ever or worse you'll get the rudest sassiest response from the manager.)
The rest of the staff? Let's just say they will try their best not to make eye contact and again, despite having such large orders, you'll have to ask a few times for extra napkins or extra plates. Your food will be dropped on to the table and staff will bolt back to the kitchen so as to not have to interact with you.
Sorry wingstop, if you are reading this, sort out your customer service and train your staff. A dine out experience shouldn't feel like the customer is a burden on the staff, which it does right now and which your staff happily isn't too bothered about.
Also I understand that this isn't some swanky five star joint. It's a fast food joint. There are other fast food joints with really polite staff and very helpful managers. I'm not expecting to be waited on; I am expecting to be treated like a customer.
Wings still good.... but not THAT good to warrant putting up with such a sour experience every.single.time.

He patiently answered all my questions and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Not only did Regan provide exceptional service, but the wings at Wingstop were absolutely delicious! The flavor selection was extensive, and every bite was bursting with incredible taste. The wings were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat. I particularly enjoyed the variety of sauces available, each one bringing a unique and delightful twist to the wings.
Regan's attention to detail was remarkable. He made sure our table was clean and tidy, promptly refilled our drinks, and checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable and enjoyable.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere at Wingstop was lively and inviting. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a fantastic aroma of mouthwatering wings. The staff, including Regan, worked seamlessly together, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting Wingstop and specifically requesting the exceptional service of Regan Basnet. His friendly nature, extensive knowledge, and genuine care for customers made my dining experience truly outstanding. Combined with the incredible wings, Wingstop and Regan have set the bar high for excellent service and delicious food. Went into the store and queued up just to get into the shop when there was no customers! Then once in we had to wait 10 minutes to take my order, they physically timed it by watching the clock! There was 3 girls at the till yet couldn't take my order till that time. Why have 3 workers standing there when you are using 1 till??? POOR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE Once we made our order had to wait near enough a whole hour! The food we paid for wasn't given! imagine having half of your order missing! We went back and they 'sorted it out' but then messed it up more and this time had 3 quarters of the food missing now??? and then to go back again for the third time to still have food missing?? WORST SERVICE I BEEN TO IN THE WHOLE UK!. it required 3 staff members to pack one order and still have the food missing?? During that space of time I have seen multiple customers come. back with missing food. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I had high expectations for the food and honestly I threw it all away £30 of food wasted and missing. I waited for 2 hours for the worst tasting food!! my 1 yr old son could cook better!! If you plan to take kids here AVOID! my children were starving for 2 hour for food they didn't want to have because it tasted so terrible!!
Honestly avoid! all the good reviews are clearly done by staff members! They priorities staff food over customers! APPALLING!!! If I could I would give this 0 stars! Im saving you money and time! don't bother, go KFC instead, makes KFC taste like a 5 star...
