Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

This pizza franchise in Banstead cannot deliver on time even if the driver had eaten one of its hot specials coursing through his veins. Ordered the food through the app and took an hour to arrive.

Pizzas were warm at best. Had phoned before the pizzas arrived and chased and was assured the food be hot and driver be there shortly. No apology for it being late or anything.

This has happened a few times and now likely switch to dominoes or pizza hut. It's a shame as the papa John's are good pizzas, but this branch let's the brand down spectacularly.

If they had apologiesed for the tardiness and offered a compensation of some sort then that would be something, but their attitude is dismissive when you're asking about your order. Perhaps will try the rose hill branch and see if they do better.

So if you want a hot pizza and effecient delivery stay well clear and perhaps best to collect in person if you must order...

The potato tots seemed to be cooked with thoughts and prayers, we ended up putting them in the airfryer to cook them. The crust on the pizzas was doughy and the cheese seemed to have only just melted. The ham and pineapple pizza was mostly pineapple with the faintest hint of ham. The cheesey garlic sticks may have at one point been in the room with some garlic but you certainly couldn’t taste any, these were also very doughy. Our order took a while to come, with the app telling us that it had already been delivered about 20 minutes before it actually did get delivered. The number on google and the website has been disconnected so you cannot contact the store to complain. Any other store you contact will just give you the same disconnected number and tell you that there is no head office or anyone...

I came In and ordered pizzas and when I got home they gave me the wrong pizza the cook was rude to me when I was there as I was 48p short as forgot my card so then decided to give me a pizzas with no toppings I asked for bbq base and he put a tiny bit on ans said if I want bbq I need to pay £2.70 for it which I refused so he decided to then not put any toppings on when I called the shop to make a complaint the cook was rude to me again and shouted and put the phone down I called back asked for his name he gave me a fake name and when I said u have just made that up he said yes he has made it up! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from your staff rude nasty and liars and food not even cooked how it should be will not be using this place again and will be warning...
