I went here for the first time last night for the first time. I only went for drinks and to listen to some live music, however after talking to some regulars I will definitely be back to have food as it sounds amazing. The staff and management are great and seem to be very forward thinking regarding the business. The decor and setting are amazing and live music is on regularly. I am looking forward to going back soon.

Beautiful. If someone took you here blindfolded you would never guess you were in Rochdale. It's quite unique for a town centre bar and a lovely place. We only had time for a couple of drinks, meal booked elsewhere, but we are looking forward to returning and staying longer.

Lovely bar and restaurant with arched ceiling and brick decor. Very good food prices and quality, great ambiance and staff. Wide range of wines, cocktails and beers. Some music events also on weekends. Very relaxing and friendly.

Used to love this wine bar. However after an unfortunate incident last weekend of catching my heel in the grid on the last step and falling over and considerably hurting myself I will not be returning . Tried to explain to the manager behind the bar that the grid was dangerous and should be covered over but was met with a very hostile situation and her getting me thrown out of the bar. Have tried to contact the owners to discuss this further who clearly don't care about their customers safety...

Ive bought into Michaels brands over the years and supported him through covid.But i regret to say Vicolo has lost what it originally stood for good higher priced wines. Gin and cocktail service and great entertainment and food.The last two times i went in .no service value similar experience to howarths or spoons and the bar staff were rude and abrupt.lacked knowledge. and the bar area was grubby.Michael please reassess your original gem and bring back service and high...
