Greggs — Restaurant in Sandwell

Went in for a sausage roll on the Thursday around 5pm only to be disappointed with the service and staff. As most shops know 5pm is prime time for service only for there to be a queue all the way outside the shop but i thought i will stay due to the food. Only to find out there is one member of staff working the counter where they could have stopped whatever they are doing in the kitchen and help serve customers at the front and carried on once done. As i waited for 30mins i was given a sausage roll colder than the ice in my fridge, whats the point of the heated lamps if it is not going to do its job. I then asked for it to be heated up which was denied due to the huge queue and will be done once the queue has gone down as she was constantly serving customers. Poor service!! I asked for 2 cheese and onion pasties and asked if they were warm? The staff who served me said no. I asked her if she could heat it up, and she said she couldn't. But the customer behind me had his baguette heated up by another staff member. She didn't even offer the ones cooking in the oven behind her. As a customer, I don't know insight how things work from their side, but she could have offered me an alternative. I was paying for my food, not taking it for free. As with other Greggs across the country it seems that this store has now become a free for all for shoplifters. They don't even attempt to hide it anymore. They just walk up open the fridge take what they want and walk out. Even the New Square security staff seem reluctant to stop them.
