Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Sandwell

Me and my daughter called at this cafe in West Brom Tesco for a breakfast and Omg !!!!! the young girl that works in there I didn’t get her name has no customer service skills what so ever . I asked for a napkin when she brought my latte over as she had spilled all the drink into the saucer ….. She points and says …… there over there Pointing to the counter couldn’t care less about what I was asking , Now there was no I’ll go fetch it for you as U have just paid £4 .56 for a drink that’s now all in a saucer ready to drip all over your cloths …. Or so sorry but I’m a little busy would u mind fetching it yourself or anything to that effect ….. so off I went to the counter left my trolly by my table Only to find out from another girl (who was her sister) that the napkins were actually under the serving counter !!!! So how bad was that coming from a girl that actually serves the public how lazy and unhelpful she was , just a pity I didn’t get this young girls name shame on you . And I certainly won’t be giving them my hard earned money to contribute to their business again ever . Sort your staff out who ever the manager is ( probably the mother ) manners goes a long way if your brought up...

Tesco Cafe has a cold & isolating atmosphere. The staff are not helpful & are passive to any quiery... The self-service has table numbers on the side bar, which is not visible. Asking a young staff member who ignored me tel I raised my voice a few times asking same question until l got here attention than she passed me on to another staff. She was so rude by waving her arm away with me! As sitting & observing the site, I noticed that 2 old ladies had the same issue & they reacted the same way by walking to the...

I've only been here twice (not my choice) and both times regular tea has been unavailable. How is tea, in a cafe based in a supermarket selling tea, unavailable? The lattes ordered in place of the unavailable tea arrived as though they'd just been made with warm water from the hot tap. The electronic ordering system is tedious and over complicated. Only spend your time and money here if you have to. The place is cold and impersonal....
