Have been here a few times now and mostly very nice experiences. The pastries and cakes are amazing, and the coffee is fantastic. Most of the staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly, great for a chat. Only downside unfortunately is the older woman, I assume owner or manager. Zero customer service skills. Almost berated my boyfriend for not finishing the mountain of Parma ham on his sandwich, stating to āorder it without ham next timeā. Not the only occasion Iām afraid, overall very hostile vibe from her and not welcoming at all. Such a shame considering every other member of staff are welcoming...
