Atrium Coffee House — Restaurant in Scotland

Been coming here on and off as a regular since I worked in the bookshop next door over 10 years ago.

The 2 guys and the girl with glasses are always so lovely and friendly and I've started coming back since I've moved back in the area. Sometimes even chill for a while with my book because it was always a nice atmosphere

The blonde girl and the girl with black curly hair are a completely different story. Rude, blunt off hand and impolite. ..Can hear them mocking customers and laughing at them..The girl with the blonde hair always makes my latte foamy as hell and lukewarm with about a quarter of the cup filled with caramel. the taste was like licking a battery.

More than 10 years of loyal custom own the drain.. Probably...

I always look forward to visiting Atrium and travel from the South Side by Bus and SubwayToday I was disappointed.The young lady was rather offhand and I was not given a receipt. When I asked the older gentleman to cut my ketchup packet he unsmilingly tore the top off by hand. Even that did not help give the Link Sausages any taste whatever! The tea was fine and I enjoyed a generous mug! In the early days two older men ran a very welcoming business and I have always raved about food and service . Apologies if the chap serving today was one of the owners who had an off day. I was a School Master and hope I would show more patience with slow learners! I may not head for the Atrium with the same...

Regular long time visitor here. Kinda says a lot when you consider the choice we have in the area. Tried most of the other venues close by over the years but always come back to Atrium. Consistently meets my needs, coffee is excellent. Portion sizes are generous, prices are fair (it’s an expensive area to be so can understand they have to pay the bills too). Staff are all nice and friendly, have witnessed too many times the entitled sorts they have to deal with and still keep smiling.
