Ordered ciabatta with avocado, smoked salmon and poached eggs.
The ciabatta is not a ciabatta it is just white bread of not best quality. Avocado was all bitter. The poached eggs are not poached, they seem to make them in a microwave using round forms. They were cooked throughout. Salmon was OK. Staff are nice, but the menu and cook require improvement even for this price. Properly cooked eggs, that are prepared in water and melt the yolk all over your dish upon breaking down make serious difference.

You don’t “have signs everywhere” saying you can’t have on your person food bought elsewhere. You have one sign hidden behind the fridges that says you can’t consume food bought elsewhere. They didn’t consume it and had no intention of doing so as they were about to order. Maybe you should have checked first before you steamed in all angry and aggressive.

It used to be a go to weekend brunch venue, however I no longer see the value in going as they've changed the any day 2 for £10 "friends deal" to 2 for £11 excluding weekends. I've seen quite a few reviews about negative customer service, I've never experienced this personally. I'm not the biggest fan of the bright yellow decor, but that's just personal preference.
